I’m a mobile notary who frequents this UPS location regularly to drop off my loan documents, I must say they’re always helpful and their customer service is great. I appreciate the cleanliness of the site and friendliness of the staff Victoria, Gayu, and the owner Sunny. I would recommend them when you’re in the area

Always helpful very efficient and fast. Their was 6 people in front of me but the guy working their was so fast working on two stations by himself. This is the best ups store in area.

Speedy shipping!! The store near me is very very slow and the employees are rude. So, I travel further and come to this location. They give great customer service and the employees/workers are so friendly and helpful!!! I have shipped packages to family and friends as well as returns. I am in and out! Well worth the extra drive to have a good experience!!!

Great customer service, was helped by the manager Steve, there were many customers in the store and the staff took care of everyone very quickly, they packaged a display that I needed shipped back to the manufacturer for me for a fantastic price and even helped with the labeling and such, would absolutely recommend the UPS store in cherry hill for your shipping needs!

i went in around 2 today and was flustered that i had to make 2 trips to my car to bring in 6 (somewhat) large packages, but the employee was very kind and understanding. i also watched him help 3 other people in the same manner, and he even propped the door open for a young man carrying in large boxes. i don’t usually have good experiences with ups in general, but i was very pleased with this one:)

Owner is very professional, helpful and friendly. I can't possibly earn him much money by dropping off pre-paid packages, but he goes out of his way to help me load them from my car to a dolly and always seems happy to see me. I hope he does well and is there for a long time. Visit this store if you need UPS services. It is the best in the area.

When I come into The UPS Store # 6783 to ship my packages , the owner Vinny has always offered excellent customer service. Great professionalism from the beginning to the end . He goes the extra mile to get the job done and it's always with a smile on his face.

I also had some documents that needed to be notarized. Vinny who is also the Notary on site , was very patient as I took some time organizing my documents and making sure everything was correct. Great job 👍.

Amazing customer service! I recently mis-packed an Amazon return... and the extremely kind gentlemen who owns the location helped me resolve it over the phone! Very, very kind and helpful! He repacked the package, had me text him the correct label, and resolved the issue for me with no hesitation! 100% recommend this location- very kind and customer service friendly!

They were super helpful in getting our documents notarized and shipped. They were very thorough and went above and beyond in making sure all the documents were signed and properly notarized. I would highly recommend them
