He is a scholar and a true gentleman, and his knowledge of Lacoste, Polo, and Peter Millar is unparalleled. As president of one of the largest distributors in our industry in the entire Midwest, it is pivotal that I am looking presentable and sharp at all times and Chris has met the exceedingly high demands of this request time and time again. Loved every employee we met. Store was clean and well organized. Higher end brands than other stores. And wide selection of brands wear.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and assisted by Jordan and the other shoe sales associates. He was a pleasure to work with and made our first Von Maur trip wonderful. It will become my new go-to store!

I enjoy seeing Kate Spade. Layout of store it's easy to see what you would need and where it is.

Beautiful clean store.

It's great to finally have a really nice department store in Madison. The store is laid out well with a nice assortment of merchandise. Everything is displayed well and it's easy to browse. Some stores tend to over pack the merchandise but that's not the case here. Von Maur has a great selection of brands and the sales associates are very helpful and friendly. There is also occasionally a piano player playing which adds a lot to the experience and it's really relaxing to shop.

Love shopping here- great selection, staff are SO HELPFUL, professional, and friendly! It's so nice to shop where there is room to walk, dressings rooms are spacious and clean. Also love that I can get free hemming on dresses and jeans etc.

The prices are a little high but the sale items and Clearance is GREAT 👍.

It's about time there's a decent place to shop at Madison. Chris, the sales associate in the men's department, is nothing short of spectacular when it comes to sales and service. I would kill to have a store like this up in the GB/Appleton area. Thank you for everything, Chris! Fantastic job as always.

Atmosphere was incredible, the decorations were top tier, and the store made you want to spend the whole day there. Live piano music really kicked the whole experience up a notch! Staff seemed friendly, and the selection was vast!

It was a pretty good experience inside the store. Opening day kids activities are good. My kid initially got balloons from the balloon guy who was making them inside the store. Generally kids think that they can get one more so my kid was insisting that I go and get so stood in the line within 5 mins the balloon guy asked us to go out of the line as it is the second time in the line. Here the confusion is the balloon guy is the organizer or Store :)

Other than the above incident everything was pretty good.

Quintin (hope I am spelling that right) was just wonderful. Genuinely the kindest store associate I have ever met. He was so calm and patient with me when trying to decide on shoes. A real gentlemen.

I was helped by Penny (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) at the Esteé Lauder counter tonight and she was so patient and kind. We chatted for a bit and I learned that we both worked for Boston Store when they were open, which was a neat thing to share. Thank you, Penny, for being so kind, warm, and helpful. Von Maur is lucky to have your talent and smile.

Convenient location. Excellent women’s shoes collection. Good service l. Beautiful store. Women’s lounge is amazing with mother’s room. Some customers want a door for mother’s room. Men’s wear is trendy. Good jackets for men. Baby clothes selection is nice. Adorable clothes for kids. Men’s accessories are good. Quality products. Excellent brands of clothing in all sections. Many billing counters for fast checkout. Seating for customers available throughout the store. Thoughtful design of the store. Men’s restroom is there towards men’s section.

I love this store! They have beautiful clothing and they actually care about their customers. I'm impressed and will be shopping here for gifts or for myself!
