The team at McDonald's is very professional, efficient, and cordial. The food has always been served fresh and hot, and the prices are not too expensive.

Wheelchair accessible entrance. Entrance faces south and east. Drive through, over the counter, kiosk, online order service available. Restrooms are clean.

THE BEST McDonald's I've ever been too! I have been here 3 times and they are ALWAYS wonderful, and keeps their restaurant clean. The manager helped me place my order on the machine. He was so super patient, no rushing me at all! 100⭐

Manager remade order after we didn’t pick up right away. Was very friendly. The daytime manager is much nicer than nighttime manager who is always annoyed, and sometimes rude.

I was in a hurry & the store was chilly for me. I ran out to my car for my jacket right after ordering. The lady at the counter was so nice to me. Saturday 9-30-23 around 9am. I wish I knew her name. Thank You!

This particular location was recently rebuilt. The installed a second lane, however it's generally closed. The food is good, staff are professional, and it's clean.

We came here specifically for the play place. My kids loved it, and it wasn't gross and disgusting like other McDonald's play places.

Performing a questionnaire for my job and was extremely grateful to have talked to the manager, Rose. She was kind and polite and I really appreciate that. My job is hard enough because I deal with manager and post covid the culture of restaurants have gotten worse. Rose really made my day...thanks girl, I appreciate you!

Amazing service and the food was hot and fresh! the only slight issue is that there were alot of ants on the floor. But please attend this store! the people are so nice and make sure to give you your food in a reasonable time!

New building, love the automated kiosks. Can't wait for all of them to be like this. No offense to McDonald's but the employees need more customer service training at all locations

Used the app to order. When I pulled up in the stall to wait, it wasn't very long. A wonderful lady came out with our sandwiches and drinks. Very polite and cheerful. Sandwiches were fresh, hot, and good.

Honestly, there's a McDonald's in every town, but this McDonald's in particular stands out in my mind somehow.

Despite being open 24/7, it is nearly always almost immaculately clean on the inside, food is cooked quickly and is of amazing quality. I've never been let down by this McDonald's, regardless of the season or time of year. I definitely recommend it.

I like the new building, the touch ordering, and the quality of the food is good. Updating my review because they have definitely become efficient and everyone has been friendly. Orders are accurate, and I swear they make the best breakfast burritos in the morning!

Every drive-thru person I ever encounter at the Monroe McDonald's are so friendly. It makes my day.

A nicely remodeled McDonald's. I like the improved drive up service. Good place to go for a quick bite of fast food. It's family friendly and speedy. Came in during the end of lunch rush and there was a big line. But I got my breakfast within 10 minutes. I was satisfied. I didn't have to wait extra time for hash browns in the early afternoon.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Greeted as soon as I entered. The nice lady standing out front gave us drinks on the house to go with our meal. Our food came out faster and better quality then any other McDonald's I've been to. They did mess up part of the order but took it upon themselves to fix it without even having to ask. 10/10 would drive the hour it took to get here just to eat at this McDonald's

Great place. My son absolutely loves the new playground. The staff is great and the food is... Well.. McDonald's. ☺ The wifi is unlocked so easy to connect to, although I did have a lot of trouble staying connected to it. Although I was able to post this so.... Yeah.

They get my order right and they are reasonably quick. Pretty much what you expect from fast food. The employees are nice. The play area is nice for kids to wear out in when weather is not nice.

I had mumbled a thought out loud about the new kiosk that had been implemented along with the upgrade, that hmmm, this is a job taker. The young black employee said to me, " No, not all are their job takers, as a matter of fact, they're very helpful!" Well, she helped improve my understanding of it, and I thanked her for her display of classy professionalism, and ensured the young employee, that it looks well on her. A senior in high school!!!
