AT&T Store

this is my favorite store, not only because its on great location and they offer a great service but the store manager Shehraz is very professional and a great guy, it's clear that as costumers we are his priority number one, i will definitely recommend this store to my friends and relatives

Beautiful new at&t location. They offer a plethora of services and can help with any problems you may be experiencing. The manager Deon is amazing. Very nice, attentive, patient and personable. He pointed me in the right direction for the perfect package for my new home and I left there relieve and content .

Tre will hook you up! Had Apple I-8+ upgraded to I-13! He set it up, told me any upfront fees.

I'd been really frustrated dealing with an AT&T store in Pembroke Pines; they'd made a mess of my account and left me feeling fed up with AT&T, after having been with them for almost 25 years. But someone recommended the Cooper City location, and wow - what a great experience! I visited with them last week, and Lori and Kamar were able to easily resolve the issues created by the Pines location. I was so pleased with their professionalism and knowledge, that I decided to upgrade my phone. I'd been adamant that I wasn't going to make any other changes because of my lousy experience, but after meeting and working with them, my faith in AT&T was restored. I went in this morning and Kamar quickly set up my new phone, made sure I was comfortable with it, added the screen protector and case, and walked me through some of the changes I wanted to make. He was patient, friendly but professional, and as I said, restored my faith in AT&T. Their location won't be my first choice next time someone in my family needs a new phone. It will be my ONLY choice. I hope the regional or district manager sees this review, because he/she really should know that their staff stands head and shoulders above the staff at nearby locations. I'm so glad that this location was recommended to me. I had to pass by several other stores to get to this one, but it was well worth it. Thank you to Kamar and Lori. You guys are great!

Richard and Sebastian at the Cooper City store were beyond helpful and provided excellent customer service. I was switching from an android to an iPhone and it took quite a while! Richard and Sebastian were patient and made the process very smooth. I definitely recommend this store and am grateful for the wonderful customer experience I received.

For once the reviews are accurate. This store because led by Richard (manager) is a professional, customer service oriented, and a amazing store. Do not I repeat Do NOT visit pembroke pines stores. Richard
accomplished in 1 hour what no other store/mgr could in 1 week. Regardless which part of Broward you reside, it's worth the drive to Cooper city. This is a very well run ship. At and t needs to know how much of an asset Richard and this location is to your company. Thanks for providing optimal service.. after an extremely week of frustration with at&t customer service I'm grateful for you giving me hope that I can shop at at&t (at your store) in the future

Richard was amazing to work with! He helped us save a bunch of money on our bill and was super knowledgeable about all the products we wanted to buy!

I had a huge, frustrating issue with transferring my number but Chad & Dominic were VERY helpful, and understanding. Hours of going back and forth with my service provider and supervisors, but at the end of it all Dominic helped me set up a new number and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you both! I will definitely be back if I have any issues! :)

Gave this crew five stars because seven wasn't available! They really deserve the seven. THIS has got to be the BEST ATT Store in SOFLO. Low volume so customer attention is the ultimate. They set me up in such a manner that several other ATT stores couldn't or wouldn't. Greg and Louis provide the epitome of excellent customer service. Visited the store a few times now and the experience has been consistent. Check 'em out!

My cellphone completely died with another carrier and spent 2 days without a cellphone. I decided to take my business to AT&T. Big shout to Dominick! He helped safe the day, got me a new account, and ported my old number. Got me the iPhone 13 Pro Max and with all the accessories. Thanks again Dominick!!

Alex, the manager, is thorough, knowledgable and courteous as well. He made my visit pleasant and helped me without hesitation. The other store I originally went to was not helpful and lack of interest, and here i was buying a new phone. The store is semi small but the help is enormous.

Very helpful and quick service! No line and offers every service you may want... upgrades, TV, fiber internet, i can pay my bill in the store, and they will order something for you for fast delivery if they dont have it in store. everyone was very friendly and knew what I wanted! 10/10 would choose this store over all others any day!

I never seem to have luck when dealing with phone companies, and I’ve had service with almost all of them. This specific location helped me from switching over from my previous service provider to AT&T AND giving me the later model of my phone for the same price. The sales person was fast, detailed, and patient when helping me transfer over. He stayed with me every step of the way. I highly recommend this location.

I had an amazing customer experience! I’m glad that this location opened so close to my house. The managers and staff were very friendly and attentive. They answer all of my little questions and concerns with the utmost patience. The location itself was really easy to find since it’s right in the Publix plaza beside Ross. Inside was very clean and organised as well. Definitely will be back if I need any more assistance in the future!

Jay is amazing!!!!! We bought 2 phones she helped us transfer everything to our new phones, explained everything in detail had so much patience. I highly recommend this location and please come speak with Jay!

I was there today and purchases an Apple Watch. The sales person and the manager provided me with the overview of the watch and features that it has.

I highly recommend this store, their employees are awesome.

Adam is the best! If you need anything from AT&T, this is where you want to go. I got my bill down 10%. There is a good thing about being over 55! Adam, took care of getting my daughter set up with her new phone quickly and helped her recover her music that she thought she had lost. Teenagers need their music! This store and Adam are Five Stars!
