I live off 48 and Trails End. So close and glad I finally went. Preordered 2 Cubans with side of Macaroni and Potato Salads. Delicious! Terry was there and very helpful. Cute little honey hole in our quiet little river area! I recommend.

The sandwiches are astonishingly delicious. I was really impressed. The beans and mac n cheese were amazing as well! Suuuper friendly people there.

Such a cute hidden gem! Clean and tidy, delicious sandwiches and the staff is super kind. Love the Cuban bread they use, it’s a Tampa classic. So glad we stopped, might be our new Sunday after church spot 😄

Motorcycle road trip. Ended up here for breakfast. Gator and the team can cook. If you don't stop into this place you'll miss out on the fantastic food. A must stop.

Everything have ordered has been as fast as can be made with friendly conversation and they show how much they appreciate your business. I've been there several times and every food item I ordered has been nothing but fantastic. I will always come back for more. Love the food and people who work there.

Papaws is a friendly small store and one of the best places to eat on Highway 48 between Bushnell and Floral City. It is located on the Winnhaven RV and Mobile Home Park. The hours are 7am to 7pm 7 days a week. They make the biggest variety of sandwiches of any small place I have ever seen. The choices are so many and varied that it will take you 2 weeks to decide your favorite. Don't miss the handmade cheesecakes. Some of my favorites are blackberry, keylime, lemonade, cinnamon roll,and any other flavor Allen thinks of. WARNING: Do not eat more than 1/2 at a time, or your clothes won't fit tomorrow. Also, they are a small convince store that sells beer.

This is a place you have to check out!! The ladies in there are very friendly and actually smile!! The cuban is my favorite so far! But the cowboy beans are off the chain!! They go well with the smoked meat that they make on the weekends!! Hey you can even top it off with homemade dessert!! Rated 5 Stars##

I'm in my seventies and I've had lots of Cuban sandwiches in my life. I've never had a better one than the ones I get at PaPaw's. They use authentic Cuban bread with a hearty build of quality meats.

All of their sandwiches are good. Their barbecue is fantastic. Good overall experience. Definitely will be visiting again.

Delicious and fresh food... tastes like home cooked food made with love. Clean, beautiful and serene setting on the river. Nice people. Cute store. Had the smoked chicken salad sandwich on onion roll and smoked chicken noodle soup. Yummy! Highly recommended.
**My family and I went back again on Saturday and we had the brisket, beans and coleslaw...superb! Even the onion bun is delicious! Highly enjoyed our cheesecake and lemon cake also. ***The club and cuban sandwiches are awesome!

Positively one of the best kept little secrets that they make the best Cuban sandwiches! Try them, you won't regret! Super nice people too! They have daily lunch specials which are very good as well.

We stopped by for the famous Cuban sandwich everyone has talked about!!! It did not disappoint! James was very gracious and gave us samples of his also famous baked beans and shredded pork with different sauces. Beautiful stop along the river and amazing customer service by James. We definitely will be back!

This place is awesome! It is great for kayakers and boaters and all around just general people the food and atmosphere of PaPaw's is great, If you ever go there on a Tuesday get the smoked chicken sandwich its to die for.

Great store, great food and best service ever! The owner is very friendly and really make you feel at home! We stopped for a drink and ended eating breakfast, biscuits and gravy with a sunny side up egg on top, delicious! Then on our way back home and after we got back from Webster's flea market, we stopped again for smoke chicken wings, smoke fully loaded beans and a delicious Pint of Mac & cheese!
We will be back, next time, smoke ribs and brisket!

Excellent deli with beautiful outdoor eating by the river

My husband and I drive up on Papaw’s several months ago. We stopped to get a drink after a long drive and discovered they had sandwiches and other meals along with desserts on their menu. We didn’t only get a drink we purchase a Cuban and spit it. OMGsh! It was the best Cuban this side of Tampa!
We sat at a little table they had and ate. Papaw came over and introduced himself and told us about his services. He brought us a sample of his ribs and tater salad. They were the best ribs I had ever had. It made our long drive worth our while! Thank you Papaw and Wife and her friend for our best experience ever! We will be back, and if you try, you will go back. ❤❤❤
