Love this Starbucks! Sure some times it can get busy lol but over all staff is awesome I’ve network with some cool people here it’s local to my neighborhood clean and convenient. Big shotout to the staff! Revised! My boy Danny is good peoples his a staff meme er here always on point and checking on all the customers.

I’m sitting here waiting for my car to be repaired. The young man behind the counter was friendly, welcoming & helpful. Everyone here may not actually BE happy, but they sure SEEM TO BE happy! I’ve been here an hour & seen nothing but happy employees & happy customers.
This Starbucks layout is very comfortable & nicely designed. It’s really neat & clean. The clientele speak to people & smile!
I will come back even when my car is NOT in the shop next door. It’s been a lovely morning!
Oh! The coffee (just regular coffee) is wonderful. Five plus stars for everything!

First Starbucks in years that knows how to make an undertow properly! Though it's only one barista and I think I just got lucky they were on shift.

Service was quick, efficient and 100% accurate!

Love this Starbucks! Always nice and friendly all the way through! One employee that I really liked was named Cassidy. Unfortunate that I didn’t ask for her number. Lol

The coffee was delicious. I ordered 3 frapuccinos and a decaf frapuccino, which they prepared well. The cashier was friendly and asked me how my day was. Wait time was not long and the atmosphere was welcoming and calm. Overall good experience, and I would recommend this Starbucks location.

No drive thru but worth getting out of the car! Love the mocha cookie crumble on a hot day!

One of the more relaxing and cozy Starbucks. They've got great wifi and wireless charging pads so it's a super convenient place to get some studying or work done. The staff here are all incredible, they are nice and make perfect drinks. Overall, this is my go to spot for my coffee shop needs.

I love my starbucks at knollwood plaza. The baristas are so amazing. A few even know my kids orders when we walk in. I feel they always have a smile and always go above and beyond. Thank you fabulous, hard working baristas.

I love my Starbucks !!! The crew here is awesome, they are ALWAYS kind, courteous and willing to please !!! I meet up with all my friends, which are the usual M-F group. We also love the fact the the music is on low so we can hear each other !!!

I LOVE this store! It's like seeing friends & family, only without the emotional baggage or worrying that they'll suddenly need me to take them to the airport. Oh yeah, and they have AWESOME COFFEE when I need it!!

Always on time with mobil orders. Know me bt name and my drink. Super employees most of the time. There ate a few who do not like what they are doing or just can't leave personal problems at the door.

I rarely go into a Starbucks, but tnis morning when I went in to one that is way far from home I was very pleased. As I got in line, someone said to me: hope you are gaving a great Friday morning" That brought an smile to my face & aftet thanking him & wishing him the same, I realized he is an employee there, he was on his break. What a nice gesture!

The staff is always a delight and very thoughtful. When I had an issue with my app and there was a long line I was still treated kindly and not rushed. Thank you for making mornings pleasant!

Tyler Bob operates in rarefied air! His Barista brilliance is unsurpassed! The store is shifting, with new management in, so I can also mention Melanie, Matt, Davina, Carl, Raj, Trevor, as longer tenured outstanding Partners. The new hires/transfers have good potential. Daniel Son is a ninja coffee master.

Coffee was great, food tasted good and service was excellent. Unfortunately a customer purposely took one of my drink and had to be remaked.
