The UPS Store

I come to this UPS store regularly to ship out packages for work. I have always been treated professionally. Thank you to the two young gentleman that always helpful and friendly. On one occasion I went in and needed labels printed. There was a customer ahead of me that had a large print order so it was going to take some time. The lady who I believe was the owner was very apologetic for the wait. I honestly didn’t mind and understood. She was nice enough to not charge me for the label I needed printed. I really appreciated that. I always make an attempt to come to this specific UPS store. I would recommend this UPS store to others.

People are really petty for complaining about paying for a piece of tape and printing a label. If you don’t want to pay for their service then print your label at home and have it taped up and ready for them to scan and ship before you get there. Nothing is free. If this was your business you would understand.

I just wanted to say that Ethan and Mason went above and beyond helping me out. These guys scanned my private documents, then helped me email them. Comforted me by making me feel safe with my personal paperwork. I just wanted to say thank you both for helping me out.

Integrity and Reputation still count for a lot.

Raj leads a great team at this store and even with issues at the corporate level, I’ll always trust this store to be treated fairly with excellent customer service. They’ll resolve issues fast and effectively, and handle small or large jobs with a great attitude and speed. I appreciate them and their work ethic and am definitely locked into this location for shipping and receiving. Great to be able to count on something.

Raj and his team did a amazing job of packaging and wrapping and shipping my 2 lithographs! A very happy customer! A customer for life!!

I called this store yesterday. I purchased a vintage rug at a nearby auction house over the weekend and needed it shipped to my home in Charlotte, NC. Raj could not have been more helpful. He even picked up the item early for me - versus me having to a wait a week for the auction house to drop off at his store. I received the item the next day. Well packaged. Shipping and packaging was fairly priced too. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I have had the best of experiences with this UPS store. I live in India and had bought some items at auction in USA. I had very pleasant email communications with this store.They gladly agreed to hold my items in their store for over 4 weeks before I could visit USA and the items could be shipped to me. They promptly shipped the items as soon as I sent them information that I had arrived in USA. It was customer delight to the highest degree. May this store prosper and continue serving its customers in this exemplary manner.

This is the only UPS store I go to even if it's out of my way. The service that Raj and his team provide are unlike any other store you can go to. It truly seems like they want to help you with anything you bring to them. It's a 10/10 experience every time I need something done. Whether it's for printing, shipping, or even as simple as getting a notary; Raj and his crew put in the extra work to make sure that you leave satisfied.

I've been shipping with UPS & FedEx for over 35 years. Recently, I've been using UPS exclusively for a new business. I have to tell the general public that this UPS store (#3477) is unquestionably the BEST UPS store I've ever used. I ship many pieces of very fine artwork, some under glass, some canvas and many sizes.
Raj and all of his staff (they've clearly been well trained), they're always very easy to work with, kind and dependable. They know how to properly package the items and willing to custom wrap items on request. Pricing has always been extremely fair and I simply can't say enough positive things about this specific store, especially Raj (owner) and all the staff. Thank you!!!

I was distraught about getting wedding programs done timely or at all. Raj is amazing! The staff is very helpful. He took our email and printed one program for me to review. It was perfect! This is the second time I've been the last customer of the day (I feel bad about that), doing last minute Amazon returns. This is the second time that, despite being at the end of the day, I received friendly and professional service.

Shelly was super helpful and, if she was annoyed at having to stay a couple of extra minutes to take care of me, it certainly didn't show. Managers take note - this woman deserves a raise.

(By the way, I've had nothing but good experiences at this location - which I've visited many times.)

I know that this store has recently gone under new management/ownership. I had the wonderful experience of meeting the new owner on a Saturday afternoon. The store has gone through changes since the new owners have taken over. I noticed that there are a lot more products in the retail area and the staff is very helpful and nice. The owner himself assisted me with my package. He was kind and nice and very helpful. I liked the atmosphere much more than before. I highly recommend that if you had been in this store before and had a not so nice experience; it is worth you going again and seeing the vast difference under the new ownership/management. I will be using them more in the future.

I was needing to get about 50 booklets bound for a project I am working on for my company. I was reaching out to several places. When I called This store I spoke to Daniel. He was great and by far by far the best customer service I had that day. He was even able to get me a discount. My company has decided we will be using this store from now on when we need stuff like this.
