AT&T Store

My husband and I traded our phones and changed our cell service to AT&T. Anita was so helpful and knowledgeable. With changing from Android to Apple phones, she patiently answered all our questions and spent time to help with locating features and differences on our new phones.

I really want to speak highly about Steven at the Oakwood store. He was extremely helpful, knew what he was talking about, and was very patient with all of the changes I was making. I had gone to two other stores prior to making my way to the Oakwood store and Steven was the first person to actually help me with what I needed done. From here on out I'll continue to drive the hour to go there. Thanks again!

I would like to share what a wonderful experience my family had at this store. Stephen G., the store manager, was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind to us and other customers in the store. He is an asset to AT&T, and we are lucky to have him at our local store.

Rich was so awesome! Went to trade my phone in and upgrade. He was so patient and made sure everything was working properly. He even stay 30 minutes after they closed to make sure to backup went through properly on my new phone. Great experience. Thanks Rich!!

We were admittedly dreading the whole process of upgrading 4 phones. However, Leah and Chelsea made our experience easy and painless. They were helpful, kind, and funny. We actually enjoyed spending time with them through the process. The customer service at this branch was top notch and worth driving a few minutes out of our way to experience. We highly recommend this team to meet your cell phone purchasing needs.

Came through for the first time in a year due to some bad experiences to pay a bill. Gotta say big change. Great environment. Great feel. Knowledgeable staff that seemed to love the job and love the people. Worked with Chasen and was glad I did. He was warm friendly and inviting and took amazing care of me. Will definitely come back again and bring more business with me!

I changed to AT&T not knowing if I was doing the right thing since I have had problems before with internet customer service. After talking with Nadia, I knew I had made the right decision. She explained everything in simple terms since I am not that savvy on this stuff. She was a God sent and made this a most enjoyable experience. I got home and got a text that something about a port needed correcting with my old provider. I had no idea what was being said. I went back to the store and Justin got on the phone and had the problem fixed in no time even with some glitches from the old provider. These two are true professionals and I would recommend this store to anyone.

This retailer was FANTASTIC! The manager was vary helpful on making sure my husband and I were comfortable while switching. He even let me change the store TV to Zootopia so my sleepy and hungry 2 year old would be happy. And get this. He had a major knee surgery (supposed to be on best rest) and was still working to get us any and every deal he could. I am beyond satisfied and will be returning.

Just came in to get a new phone and Ashton was so nice and helpful he really made the experience as easy as possible :)

I went to this store a few weeks back and Kerry, the associate that helped me, gave outstanding customer service. He was patient with me and solved all of my phone issues. Will definitely be back at this store for any issues and recommend it to other customers!

Chelsea was the ATT rep employee that day and truly the best experience we’ve ever had with ATT. I’ve always dreaded upgrading our phones bc the amount of time it takes . Chelsea was able to fix all of our issues and some I didn’t even know I had with my account . We were able to walk out of that store with new phones and a savings on my account .

Leah at 4009 Winder HWY Suite 265 Flowery Branch store is not only highly knowledgeable but incredibly competent at juggling six different customers at once. Her high level of customer service is not the norm. I left Verizon and joined the AT&T network solely because of her service. She truly should be in upper management.

This store is seriously the best & one I will always come to! They recently have gotten new management and staff and it’s amazing how kind, helpful and diligent they are. They made getting my iPhone X a breeze and overall helped me get the best deal!

Such a great store! Our family loves working with the staff. Dustin, the store manager is so helpful and makes sure to tell us all the promos going on every time we come in which always helps us out! We wouldn’t go to any other store!

The girls were great! I had fraud on my account and they helped me call and got everything back to normal for me. They talked to me about switching my TV also, so I will be back to do that as well.

It took a long time due to the slow internet in the store, but both associates were great and super nice throughout the entire process. Their district manager Jonathan should really pay them more. Very nice experience.

I had a great experience at this AT&T location, with GREAT aid from an associate named Kerry. I got everything i needed, also he was very polite and willing to answer any every question i had.

Amazing above and beyond customer service Hayden truly went above customer service , I had a lot of problems and He helped me problem solve them all ! Very detailed no wait and amazing service! He was great at his job.
