AT&T Store

We have had the opportunity to meet and work with Adam Hollis at Starkville, MS AT&T store on two separate occasions. He is very knowledgeable about all products/programs in the store. We went to the store both times knowing we would make a purchase. Adam is professional, most helpful, and in no way overconfident he is going to make a sale. He simply gives the facts, answers all questions with kindness and gentleness, and is a wonderful client consultant who helped us choose the appropriate product and plan that suited our situation. We are firm in our choice, and you should be too, to ask for Adam when you walk into this store. Definitely 5 GOLD stars, Adam! Thank you!

John was very helpful and informative! Great associate! Has great customer service skills and made me feel very comfortable while helping me with my account. The team is helpful and makes me feel welcomed every time I’m there.

This store is by far the best AT&T store I've ever visited. The rep that assisted me did an outstanding job helping me with my issues. Tracey was very patient with me and made me feel appreciated as a customer. He is a very valuable asset to this location. Without him I believe the older customers will get lost in the shuffle with nobody to help them. He is always willing to help every time I visit the store and I always leave knowing alone more about my phone than when I came in. I hope this reaches whomever is in charge because you have a real gem in this young man.

Adam was an AWESOME guy. He did such an outstanding job helping me out with my account and all the problems i had going on. He definitely went above and beyond what was expected of him. Shani and the crew are the absolute best! I have never been to this location and not ever left unsatisfied. I’ve been there and seen the entire team treat everyone that came in the door with the upmost respect. It’s a fun environment and everyone looks excited to be there. They are the absolute best!!

Adam is AWESOME. He helped my mom and my sister get new phones and transfer all of their stuff. The store was packed and he not only helped us but everyone else that walked in. If you come to AT&T in Starkville I highly recommend Adam.

The staff is always friendly and helpful when I come to the store. Immediate salesman when I walked in. I wanted a phone upgrade and also decided to get an ipad and I love it! John was awesome! He was very thorough in looking for the best plan for me.

Josh did an amazing job of helping me to upgrade my phone as well as setting up my own phone line. He made the process. I will definitely be back for the Apple Watch!

Joshua Loving was a great rep! He helped me buy an iPad so I can get back on my studies. Definitely recommend giving him a call if you have issues with any electronics!

Jayla rocked it! I completely destroyed my phone last night and she guided my sleep deprived self through all of the twists and turns of not only getting a new phone, but I also I mentioned that I wanted an Apple Watch and she helped me get the best one that suited all of my needs. I only gave her 5 stars because Google won’t let me give her 500. Do better, Google, be like Jayla.

Amazing customer service!! I went in there yesterday looking for a specific phone and Derek was able to assist me. He made the process very simple and easy. Highly recommend !!

The rep who helped me was named Tracey. He was extremely patient with me and answered every question I had about my new phone. If you need someone to help you and not feel rushed make sure you ask for him.

Jayla is one of the best reps there. She always greet the customers and willing to help anyone who walks in. I’m always satisfied with her help every time I go to the store. If you ever have any questions or concerns with your phone ask for Jayla.

Josh loving was super duper helpful, I wish they could give home a raise, what ever he makes can't be enough for the level of service I recieved.

I'm not going to lie. I don't like going to phone stores because they can be too pushy and only care about making a sale but the employee that works there named Adam he made whole experience awesome and he was really nice and informative so if you go here ask for Adam he'll do right by you!!!!

I throughly enjoy this store and its representatives! I am always guaranteed a good laugh while getting taken care of. Jayla and Shani especially go above and beyond for me! All my needs are met, every single time!
