AT&T Store

I stop by and as I entered I was greeted. She was with a customer at the time . While helping theme , she ask me what brings you in today. I said I’m looking for a portable WiFi device. She told me where to go purchase it at I proceeded to go do that . Came back and she got it set up and I was in business! Thank you Nikki { I hope that was her name } 🤔 thinking hmm . you’re truly an All star 💫 she certainly was multitasking deserve a raise ! And if you need someone p.t to help let me know I’ll love work there .

AJ is a great, professional and very nice salesperson. We switched from Verizon to AT&T and upgraded our phones and we’re very pleased so far 😀

Went in to purchase an Apple Watch maybe two months ago and the guy seemed as if he really didn’t want to be at work long story short I went back on 5/28/2021 and was helped to the fullest extent I highly recommend waiting for the Sales Associate MS. JULIA (ONLY) she’s friendly does great work and takes her time! She won’t let you down and gives great advice. Thank you JULIA!

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I had a great experience. Doors were opened coming in and going out. Smiles everywhere. I was here for a while but the manager was extreme patient. The ladies in this store really made me enjoy my experience. Jamie showed me her note 3 and I had to have one. When I came back in she took her time to teach me how to use it and transfer all of my stuff from my old iPhone to my new phone. I don't think I could have done this without her help. I'm treated like royalty when I go in and I will never use any other store. highly recommend em!

i was able to use my iPhone that I've used for prepaid and put it on a contract for much cheaper than what I was paying before. I love the ladies who work here. It is always a tret to visit. Great experience and amazing customer service. Definitely sending everyone I know here

Even though we had some technical difficulties with customer service, Ms Jamie stuck with me and got everything I needed taken care of. There is no better experience than you can get at this store right here in little Bastrop, La. With a store full of waiting customers, not a single person was complaining because they knew they would be taken care of here. Very happy.

The customer service there was phenomenal. I walked in one day annoyed because of an Issue I had with my phone and not only did they fix it in a no time at all but they were so pleasent and helpful I was happy almost that my phone messed up so I got to meet them. Store manager Jamie was just awesome. Some companies should take note of how true customer service should be done...and at this location is how its aupposed to be done. Thank you guys.

Store manager set my new note 3 up for me and I am so excited. I'm so glad I came to the store and learned to use my new phone and didn't have to lose my old phone's content. I am glad she help me choose the right phone for me. I can't stop swyping now. I love this phone!

Had pleasure of dealing with young woman by the name of Jaime and was amazed she was able to help me with me problems. I'm from the Rayville area and by chance went through Bastrop and met her. Will take all future problems to Bastrop, it's definitely worth the drive.

I highly recommend this place. The manager and the young man she was training exceeded my expectations. Its a drive for me but ill be coming here from now on. My only complaint is that i felt suffocated with other people in.the narrow store. That is all.

Got a replacement phone through Insurance and had so ich trouble tryn to swap my files. Brought it into the store and the were so patient with me and took theor time to do everything they could to help and make my experience the best. So hapy I don't have to drive to Louisville monroe store to get the service I expect from att anymore I can stay in bastrop. These ladies were great. Tellig me friemds and family to come here from now on.

Thank god for the manager at this store. She is so sweet and really turned the experience in this place around. Shes very smart and patient.
