My first visit to an OfficeDepot store (this one in Morrisville NC) and I could not be happier -- great selection, friendly and helpful staff, prices seem fine too. I'll be back!

Every time I come to this particular store everyone is always helpful . They may not always have what you’re looking for but they are good about offering alternatives . I have used their printing department several times and they always do a great job . If they make a mistake they are quick to correct it and offer replacement. I was looking for a stock grade paper for a project. Brandon and Cle Ann helped me sort through the options from 30 grade to 110 grade to determine what was appropriate. I left confident that I had the right paper for the job. It was a pleasant experience...very positive with a concern about helping me get what I needed.

Good selection and the associate that helped me was very knowledgeable about pros and cons for the models I was considering. Tiauna went out of her way to show me some of the reviews for each and then gave me details for the ink cartridges needed for each and costs with considerations of replacement.
She was very helpful and I decided to buy it and I walked out with a printer then!

Considering the workload many employers expect their employees to carry it’s no shock that most businesses have employees offering subpar to non-existent customer service. So when I walked in Office Depot I never expected to have an employee be so personable, pleasant, kind, friendly, helpful and professional all at the same time as juggling other tasks and many customers so seamlessly. Jasmine checked in with me repeatedly. She let me know that though she was taking care of other tasks she was close by to help if I needed anything.
She’s definitely top notch!! Office Depot hit the jackpot when they hired this young lady. I’ve certainly never experienced such great customer service anywhere. This young lady was so kind and personable, helpful, attentive, professional and went beyond what I would have ever expected. I definitely left the store a satisfied and happy customer. I will be back. I’ll go out of my way to use this store again.
Jasmine has a bright future ahead of her. She needs to be training staff at many businesses to teach what great customer service looks like. If I had a Management or Training position I was hiring for I’d be making a visit to see Jasmine to offer this fine young lady a job. Stop by and see her. You’ll be glad you did. Great Job Jasmine! My first ever visit, I meet a lady who assisted me whenever I needed her. I didn't get her name but she told a next customer she would be off on the 5th Dec. She is what one would need in a customer service industry.

The associates at Office Max were very helpful. There were lots of options for us to choose from too.

Excellent customer service. Store manager at Office Depot went the extra-mile to get me a product that I desperately needed (printer cartridges) for a critical deadline I had to meet.

Great customer service. Never pushy. The store is very clean and organized. The prices are on par with other stores that have similar products, even Amazon.

Came for a quick color print job. The self-service printer was a little slow to respond and froze on my second document. The staff were all extremely considerate and helpful and made the experience painless overall – 100% coming back here if I need anything
