To all gun lover's, this place is like walking into heaven. I actually saw my first flame thrower here. They just opened the store back up and I'm so happy about it. Oh they also got gatlin Guns of different sizes there. Awesome awesome extremely awesome place with very friendly prices. The folks that work here are very knowledgeable on guns also. It's not only reassuring to get a straight, helpful, correct answer from someone who throughly knows their business -- it builds customer confidence in a store's staff.

I visited the store for the first time last evening and was immediately impressed.
1. They know precisely what they're talking about.
2. You get a straight-forward answer to a question.
3. They're honest, but also very helpful.
4. Their inventory is geared to the professional.
5. They have a great selection of products in successful product lines.
6. Customer service is excellent, despite the store being busy.
7. They treat a customer's gear carefully as if it was their own.
8. They had my best interests at heart -- and weren't out just to make the sale.
9. They talked with me and got to know my interests and background as a part of helping me make the best selection.
10. They are a great team to work with.
11. They are very professional.

I was looking for an item that, as it turns out, they don't carry in their inventory. Not only did they cite the proper item I needed (I was looking for the wrong part that I believed I needed), they told me why what I was looking for wouldn't work, then discussed the correct answer and gave me the best source for the item, as well as citing a range of options based on quality and price I might consider. Obviously they didn't need to do that, but they did.

They not only saved me a lot of money but helped me avoid the aggravation of wasting time.

One of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Went into their Killeen Texas store to spend a decent amount of money 3 - $4,000 and a employee who will not identify himself kicked me out of the store without any provocation tried calling the owner personally no answer tried calling the store and talking to the manager didn't return our call like he said he would I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere I will leave a review on every store Page they own put it on our website and every gun forum that we can find. if one of my employees talk to one of my customers that way he would have been fired instantly on the spot. Next time Quantico you try to order from us or one of our Holdings like y'all have in the past I will treat you with the same Hospitality that you treated us with. He didn't know who we are and how small the gun Community is word gets around and yeah it's just me for now and my employees that will give you a bad rating but the young man that's in there will continue to piss people off it's sad to see a business relationship go down the drain I hope you can get your act back together Quantico but until then I encourage people to stay away. I will edit the post if it ever gets resolved
