Wendy's

The food is always good however this is my first time ever experiencing a manager taking drive through orders and being ghetto and inserting other conversations with employees while asking what we wanted to order. I can understand if this was work related but what she was talking about wasn’t and we were shocked. Then we pulled up to the window she continue to engage in a conversation with this young guy who had no respect for us while doing this transaction. Again they weren’t talking about work stuff, this conversation was about somebody smoking in her car and her having to use an inhaler because she would have a bad day. So while she’s engaged in this conversation her customer service engagement with my dad was very dry, he’s saying thank you and she’s responding with “UH HUH” please do a little better with the professionalism and holding off on your personal conversations because we do not wanna hear it over the intercom when we are trying to order nor at the window.

The last three times we've been here, our food has always been fresh. Like piping hot! Even our fries have been 🤤 fresh! They've definitely picked up their game, and I applaud them for that!

Place was clean, staff was friendly and not short-handed, and food was good for a quick fast food meal. Much nicer people than the golden arch place. 5 stars for what it is a fast food place

A nice, clean place for a nice, satisfying lunch. A Dave's single, fresh fries and a Dave's cherry creme soda satisfy me until I have a late fruit snack before bed. Those square beef patties hit the spot when one craves meat and wants it quick. The staff are friendly, always get my order correct (it's special), and keep me in the loop if there'll be any delays. Thanks Wendy's!

Wendy's had a pretty long line this evening,and there was a little bit of a wait.
We've never been, but our kid has been asking for a chocolate frosty from Wendy's for about three weeks now; ever since he saw a Wendy's ad.

We finally went this evening for a frosty and dinner. All the 1-star reviews was off-putting and almost made us choose a different place to eat. However we're glad we went ahead and stuck with Wendy's. The 10-15 minute wait was absolutely worth it.

They was short staffed, but they managed to get us served and the food was hot and fresh. One if the drink machines was broken and the other machine was barely making ice.

Today at 9:30am I went thought the drive thur and I order a sandwich and the bread,egg and cheese was cold. I asked the lady if she could get me a hot one and she took the sandwich back after waiting 20 mins later she still didn't come out with our food. So 8.00 for that was a lost.
I had always like this Wendy's but I think the service is going down hill fast. We'll so much for that and I didn't get my money back or the food.

I enjoy every visit, even when it's busy! The food is always fresh and the selection of soft drinks are awesome. Dave actually has a variety of cream sodas to choose from like cherry and orange. Their lemonade is the best around and their 4 for $4 is an incredible deal that is sure to fill you up. The busiest times are during the week from 11am-1pm because everyone loves a hot and fresh lunch. Be sure to try a double chunk chocolate chip cookie when you stop in, their absolutely to die for!

Went thru the drive thru, they were packed but it went relatively quick. They are understaffed yet still very friendly and efficient..a while at the window, I could hear a customer giving them a hard time. The employee handled it very professionally, better than I would have so it's worth mentioning.

I had a few issues with the late night service, but Ken, the owner, took care of the problem & took even better care of me. Their fries are amazing & always hot & fresh & I LOVE the chicken sandwich which is also always hot & fresh! Thoroughly recommend this Wendys to everyone! Thanks for being Awesome Ken!

I've always had good service at Wendy's and the people there are fantastic, and I also love the shakes the chili and especially David's Burgers.I will be back the only face I really like.

I am biased. I love Wendy's. This store is clean. Customer service is good. It does get very busy and can require a little patience, but the employees try very hard to be courteous and accommodating.

Great food, love how they re-modeled it. Theres fresh cut flowers in the lobby every day! Love details like that! Reasonably priced. Small kids menu. Would be cool if they had ice cream instead of just frostys

This was my first time visiting Wendy's since leaving NY. Cashier was extremely helpful in answering questions and went above and beyond to help help navigate through their menu (for my 86 yr old father). Thank you for your kindness and support. Peace & Blessings!

Made a decently sized order and was done fairly quick. Guy taking my order asked about my injury on my arm and that made my day! Thank you for caring enough to ask. Friendly customer service 10/10.

Love the burgers& fries, weve been going here for a very long time and since the new store was built everything changed for the better. Before it was a hit and miss, our orders were 90% of the time messed up & burgers were SATURATED in grease. Now the food is EXCELLENT. But the staff isnt very friendly.

Wendy's is always a pleaser!!! Today my son's order was not correct. We turned around to correct it and they did just that. Thank you so much for great service and food.

This is my favorite Wendy's because of their team. The food is good but they have the truest gem in an employee, by the name of Mary. She will brighten your worst day. Mary is purely & genuinely kind and people like her are so special and rare.
