Good quality clothing a little higher in price however a lot of good deals compensate for that .

Went this past Saturday and was looking for something specific. Heather found exactly what I was looking for that had been sold out and I couldn’t find it online. She went searching through the store was able to find them and order them to my house! MADE MY WHOLE DAY!

I went to this location on December 15th and had the best shopping experience by far this season! I tried to go to the location at the Haywood Mall earlier that day and had no luck, tried the Westgate location and found what I needed and more! Elizabeth provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in retail. Sometimes I feel like American Eagle employees can be overbearing, but that was not the case this night! She helped me pick out the perfect styles I was looking for, and helped me pick out matching accessories without making me feel like I was being up charged! I will definitely be returning to this location!

Love the manager here. She's always so bubbly. And she remembers face everytime I go in.

First of all, All the people that work here are absolutely awesome... .. The Manager is always spot on and good to us..
It's usually the same people that we see working. Zach is great and is a great employee..
The staff is always helpful, kind, courteous, pleasant, informative...
Moreover, the prices are great...
