Kohl's

I bought a book and forgot I bought it. When I got home, I seen a $5 "charitable" charge on my receipt. I called to the store and a manager picked up. I explained my receipt and she knew exactly what it was. I love that type service. A manager not a place filler. The store was nice and clean. All the clerks were super friendly. Huge S/O to that brown skinned beautiful (her hair had grey tips) clerk in Sephora. It was a great shopping experience overall.

My shopping experience was a good one from the start but the checkout was amazing. My associates name was Carolyn and she was fantastic. I just wish everyone could have a friendly lady like Carolyn every time they visit.

I was very pleased with the exceptional service I received from KimP and Carolyn. I had neglected to bring my savings coupon and couldn't access my kohl's wallet. They very generously honored the discount. Thank you!

I take all of my Amazon returns here, the lady that runs their return counter like a pro , she is always a pleasure to see and talk to and she is always helpful and friendly ! After that she gives me my coupon and i go do a lil shopping

Love Kohl's no questions. Extremely better than another store w the Kohl's cash. Another store (O.N.), u have 2 spend money 1st then u can use ur store brand O.N. cash not w Kohl's. Kohl's cash is the absolute BEST store n the clearance is superb.

It was easy to locate items I wanted to purchase. Stephane welcomed me at checkout helped me pay my previous bill & applied my 20% discount on today’s purchase.

In the Sephora skin care area Carolyn was very helpful in informing me of all the products that they have available.

Kohl's has been one of my favorite places to shop since it first opened for business. Clean, nice employees, good shopping temperature...not too hot or cold. That's very important for someone with heart issues. And Kohl's makes shopping fun with the great pricing incentives!! I enjoy feeling that I get good "deals." Keep up the good work!!!

They actually had a lot of registers open and was getting customers out of the store as quickly as possible and they was very busy also. Nothing like Walmart.
