what a GREAT team at the pharmacy!! It may take a bit of patience sometimes (not always) but once its your turn, every issue is resolved!! Many thanks to John, Rutrig, Jordan & Kathy. Each time I go in-person or call, I'm treated with excellent service!!

Wonderful staff all around. The pharmacy staff in particular have been incredibly friendly and helpful. I have had very poor experiences with CVS pharmacies in the past, but this location has changed my opinion. Yes they can be busy at times, but they work efficiently toget things done as quickly as possible without making mistakes.
I’m a very happy customer and recommend this location to everyone in the area.

Jullian and Cindy were amazing! Super kind and friendly! I needed a passport photo for my 9 months baby. They did great job. It’s took only 2 minutes to get it done. Imagine? 2 minutes for baby photo! I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you ladies!

As a family, we've been trading at this establishment since the Thayer days and have always found staff there to be helpful, both on the retail floor as well as in the pharmacy. They're always up against the wall as one of the chain's smaller stores but they have everything we seem to need. I hope the new store now under construction works out for everyone.

Karen on the front end was incredibly helpful. In these times where so many contacts are so impersonal, it's really nice to see someone who is engaging and friendly. Thank you !

I've been using this CVS since it opened, and before, when it was Thayer. Staff, especially pharmacy staff, are welcoming and helpful. They've gone the extra mile for me often, getting insurance issues settled, for example. It is smaller than many CVS stores (e.g. Sudbury) so selection, such as food selection, is somewhat limited.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Pharmacy does its best to turn prescriptions quickly, despite general staff shortages.

CVS has gotten expensive on products and prescriptions. But if you need it, you need it

This store was fine till my visit today. Salome (Got her name off my receipt) who was my cashier wasn’t even wearing a name tag for one and even had just a white shirt on (which to me is not work appropriate to me something nicer would of been better) was very rude. I was standing at the register waiting for her to get off her phone just to ring up my one item! It was very ridiculous it doesn’t matter who texted you customers come first!
