7-Eleven

This is a good 7-eleven, but some wild crime goes down here some times. Respect to the cashiers which have to put up with it. Also this one clerk is so sweet and personal that I am reminded of how poor my social skills are every time I buy something.

This is a haven for college students who have to pay $6 for a terrible sandwich at Max Chambers. I'm telling you, if this station were upgraded like the new 7-eleven on Coltrane, they would make a killing.

The staff at this location is extremely nice, very helpful, and is always kind! The place is clean, quiet, and looks good both inside and out! They don't have creepy people hanging outside of the building! It also doesn't smell bad there either! I'm also really thankful that it is 24 hrs! 😊

This is a college campus location. Great employees that make you feel like family.
Easy in/out access to the fuel pumps. I don't recommend this location during peak hours because of the college students having only this store for all their shopping needs.

The bigger cashier is super disrespectful. I've migrated many lines in a 7/11 and she is first one to loudly say "Were you next in line?" When the store was busy. "No, but I just happened to be the only person who had to just face the other direction to be first in your line." Who are you to shame a customer who had been lucky enough to be standing in front of you before you opened your line. It was super embarrassing in a store full of people. I understand how etiquette works, but that was unnecessary. I came into that store everyday before and after work. I will not return.

It's a 7-eleven, they have pretty much all the same stuff but the customer service here was lacking when I went in.

The girl in there in the morning needs to learn how to make unsweet tea I cant have sugar

I went in with paint on my pants and the manager looked me up and down with apparent disgust.

Manager will try to tell you the ATM doesn't charge a surcharge and then blame your bank when it does. Only 711 with a surcharge on ATM.

The store is pretty nice except the donuts, which taste like someone but cigarette butts in them

Employee was rude as ever

As a former employee at this store, the way I was treated by my area leader, and HR after reporting it, I will NEVER stop at another 711 again ever in life. I don’t care if 711 is the last convenience store on earth. I’ll never spend a dime again. And neither will my family. They made me feel so incompetent. I have never been treated so poorly and it has left me deeply depressed. Long story.

This is my neighborhood 7-eleven. I have been a loyal customer to this particular store for over a decade.
The staff has changed over the past six months or so. There is not a single employee there that I feel is pleasant in any way. I am constantly getting rude remarks from multiple employees.
I ask where an item is and I'm told I don't know by the employee that works there. I go to add funds on my cash app card only to be told no one knows how to do it and I have to come back when the manager is there.
I recommend you avoid the 7-Eleven at all costs.
