Items are organized by need; plumbing, electrical, storage, cleaning, electronic, yard, animals, or tools. Areas for specialty items outside entertainment, outdoor sports, safety items for working gloves, safety glasses, or brand name safety wear. All employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable for their stores' merchandise and usage and ask questions on what will be done. If not an in stock item or an item not currently stocked, it can be ordered for you. Have some fun whimsical things, food items, or merchandise.

Customer service is the best. They have always been helpful, and willing to give advice when I have had any questions.

I went in not knowing exactly what I needed for my sink pipes Lawrence was knowledgeable at explaining what I needed what I didn't need and also he helped the single Mama out so so thank you for the amazing customer service & being local!

They have more than just tools! I couldn't find bike tubes at Walmart but they had them here.

Love the fact they carry Craftsman tools, they have many items that may be hard to find elsewhere. Polite staff!
