McDonald's

Stopped on our way back home for a bite. Not a fan of the automated system thank goodness for the helpful staff. Food was as expected.

Came back to update my review. Food and service has improved recently. The last few times I have been here for LUNCH I was served quickly and with friendly service.

Nice hotel up near the opposite end of town. We are very much to the east of Amarillo. So in order to get to town you have to do some driving. Be aware of that. As far as safety I feel very safe at this hotel and have enjoyed my stay. The beds have been nice and firm but yet give and the pool was nice. Newly updated hotel located on the Eastern side of Amarillo.

Typical and consistent just like all Mcdonalds, I ordered something small, but it was handed to me quickly and I was in and out in under 10 minutes happy with the deals, happy with service and it was clean

Jessia served us with a warm friendly and joyful smile! I appreciate the clean restroom. We’ve been stopping at this location for years when traveling through. We are never disappointed. I also enjoy the Sunday music that is played by this location.

Cleanest and friendliest we've ever been in.

Polite drive-through personnel and coffees were perfect.

Great place for the kids and it helps that the service is awesome.

I ordered artisan chicken sandwich meal. Fast service. Liked the food too.

Fast and had biscuits and gravy new menu item compared to Colorado but it was fire not mad at it at all

I love the idea with cows statue with name of business and apple donuts need to warm up next the orange juice need some ice cubes

The employees were very kind and friendly. I didn't pass not one employee or manager that didn't engage with a warm hello. Way to go! It's much appreciated.

The hostess was wonderful. She made sure to see if we needed anything.

Great play area for children. Clean my grandson loves it!!

Great customer service and on top of there work. Highly recommend. Even after we told them we had a semi and cant drive through they tried beyond to accommodate because the lobby didn't open til 7am. Thank you to the morning staff for being so awesome.....!

The McDonald's in my area has improved a lot from when I first started going there. But it still does tend to wait more on the drive than the people in the restaurant area sometimes you end up waiting 15 minutes for your order and that's a little bit too long for a fast food restaurant special at McDonald's. But the restaurants always clean and they're always nice and polite. I overlooked it because of it but it's really not a good time of service for the restaurant. Need to work at it.

I, unfortunately, do not actually eat at this McDonald's very often. I go here to exchange kids during visitation weekends, so it looks like I eat here more than I do. When I do purchase food here, it is quite tasty, and they haven't gotten my order wrong yet.

I have had to use their facilities from time to time, and it's a clean place and always has tissue and paper towels. They keep the outside nice, and the parking lot a safe place to sit and wait for the kid exchange to happen, no matter what time it ends up happening.

We stopped by here on a long road trip, the line was really long, but it only took like 1 minute for us to get through the line and our food was already ready. The food was literally the best McDonald's we've ever had and it looked like something you would see on the commercials, not a messy burger like you normally get. Great job guys!!!
