Dollar General

Dollar General is a great convenience for the Bismarck/Alvin and surrounding areas. A generous amount of items to choose from, and they are still awaiting vendors to be fully stocked.

I have a love hate relationship with DG. great prices. Great brands. The store is like a rat maze. The aisles seem to be closing in on you. There are always things in the way. I feel like Indiana jones running through the temple of doom.

This is the new Dollar General in Bismarck. It's SO refreshing to walk through a D. G. store without having to maneuver around unboxed inventory. Also the staff are super friendly and helpful. Added bonus well stocked shelves,freezer & fridge.

Good looking new store. Set up is nice.

Keep your expectations realistic here. The store was clean, but carried different variety of products compared to other DGs. Only complaint is that the cashier was new and didn’t quite know how to handle multiple forms of payment. He didn’t take our advice at first, but eventually listened and we completed our transaction. Also, the entrance/exit could have been thought out better.
