Piggly Wiggly University

This is a wonderful store. They have all the items you need to cook and make meals at home. They also have lots of food products ready to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner. They have lots of wine for adults. They also have a pharmacy area. They had a lot of items I could not get at other stores. The prices are higher than other stores but it's good to get everything you need or want.

This is far and away the nicest, largest and best stocked Piggly Wiggly I have ever been to. We usually go to “Tha Pig” to pick up ingredients for Latin and southern/soul food dishes and they tend to be located in “underserved” locations, certainly nothing wrong with that but it is what it is. This store easily competes with stores that one might refer to as”Boujie”. They still have all the stuff I go to Piggly Wiggly for AND the store is nice, well stocked and has the stuff that I would go to Publix or Harris Teeter for and then some. Highly recommended!

Stopped by for a quick lunch. I was not disappointed. They have a hot bar that was well stocked and more than reasonably priced. I had fish and a wing, red beans, fried okra and broccoli casserole. Just a sampling of each to try them. Total was $7. After finishing I noticed a Namans catering area with another hot bar with Mediterranean food. Will be back to try it. It looked great. Of course there was also a salad bar which I didn’t try but will soon also. The drinks are bottled from the cooler but that’s ok. Everything was seasoned and cooked well and all of the employees were friendly and eager to help. A great place for an inexpensive lunch!

Great store for meats, produce and exotic condiments. They have four or five kinds of Chaloa hot sauce. A vast selection of variety. Stuff you can't find anywhere else. They have Three George's chocolates and candies near the sushi bar. Have lots of frozen and fresh Naaman's catering heat and serve casseroles and entrees. Quite impressed with this store. Only downside would be, prices are a little high on your regular canned goods and food stuffs to stock your pantry. You have to catch the sales to get the regular prices. Overall, this store has got a lot to offer. I'll definitely be back!

Really nice, well stocked store at Airport and University. Great hot bar and specials each day prepared by Naman's.
There is an app available that allows you to get a deep discount on their weekly special. Also has a great drug store with friendly helpful people like all the employees here. Do try it out!

Great store, employee's are extremely nice. An awesome selection of food, Flying Pig coffee is off the chain. 10/10. Everyone should go here

Love his new location. Very large, supporting local vendors like Mason Hill Farms, who’s burgers were awesome. No photos yet but will get some soon.

Simply CLEAN! I wish the piggly wiggly out in the majority black community looked this good inside and out!

So far so good. This PW is just like the rest. Except this one has a wine & beer AND a sushi section which is awesome.

I visited this store for the first time this morning and I was impressed. It was very clean, there wasn't too much of a crowd of people, and I loved the breakfast bar!!
