The Home Depot

My senior-citizen mother went there for salt for her water softener. A young man named Noah helped get her checked out. He told her where to pull up and said that he would be waiting for her. Sure enough, he was. He loaded the bags into her car and even told her that he loaded them with the handles out, so they would be easier to unload. Noah, you are a rock-star!!

I went to Home Depot to get a replacement smoker one that recently died on me Brian in the garden department was knowledgeable friendly had a great attitude and went above and beyond on his service he was even able to get me some stuff already put away for seasonal storage big shout out to Brian for the awesome customer service and for making my Home Depot trip so smooth and answering any questions!!

Pretty Big Super Store. Has more choices compared to other North East Ohio area stores. Staff are super friendly and eager to help. Lots of energetic younger staff as well.

I went in for a paint brush and walked out with everything I needed to start my own contracting business.

All kidding aside, I could live here and buy everything in the store. They have everything I need for home DIY projects.

Ordered Christmas lawn item. Went and picked up with no problems. Associate was very nice.

The shelves were full and the employees were helpful. Sale items were easy to find and the employees were very helpful.

Experience was great. Nicest man in the lumber department who cut things for me and gave me a lot of helpful info on various things. I think his name was Wayne? Absolute best experience at any home depot I have been to.

Best staff of any store in the area. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Store does huge volume but still has what you need in stock. Staying ahead of the curve, snow blowers are in stock now!

Had to make a return of black and decker cordless vacuum cleaner. Last was very nice to suggest a brand, shark which I have two of my own but their cordless vacuum does not have suction power. Hard to find one that fits my needs.

This is one of the best home depots in the area without a question. The staff here is very friendly and you will not spend 30-minutes trying to find one person to help you. When it comes to lumber the guys at the saw make excellent cuts the first time so you don't have to drive back over and over again. If you are looking for a deal the clearance section is pretty good and some of the tools go for fantastic prices. I believe I usually end up going to this Home Depot at least once a month if not more.

Well stocked. Good selection. Customer service associate was friendly. I made 6 trips to this location for 6-8 bags of stone (small vehicle). Only once was I offered loading assistance but the young man was so polite and kind

Great store, good customer service. Everytime I have an exchange or issue that I think will be complex, it is handled smoothly. Curbside pickup is often not a great customer experience. After saying I'm on my way in the app and the indicating in the app I have arrived and specify what curbside spot I'm in...i often need to call after 5 minutes in other to get anyone to show up.

I was getting paint at the Home Depot in Aurora Ohio and Jarrod helped me with my order. He was very personable, he asked me how my day was and he made small talk with me. He was professional and I was impressed. You are lucky to have such a great employee!

I was picking up an order and it went really neat. People were following the spots to stand so folks are 6 feet apart. I did not wait long for them to retrieve my order and bring it to me. The home depot employees were very nice.

I committed to leaving a review today just so I can say how amazing Renee in paint was today. Extremely helpful and full of knowledge. My cashier Terri (may be newer) was also phenomenal. Love leaving the depot satisfied 😌

They did a price match on a refrigerator for me. I had many items to pick up at various sections in the store, and all of the departments were knowledgable and helpful. I've never had such a good experience in any large home goods store! Thanks to the entire staff for helping me when I was already so tired.

Home Depot.. it’s the best of the bunch. My first choice in hardware stores.. They always have what I need. They have a great staff and are knowledgeable and helpful. The employees here are the best! They work together well and all seem to form a team that cares about your project needs. Pretty amazing thing these days!
