The Aero Care/Adapt Health office in Pikeville is a great office. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I really enjoy getting all my CPAP supplies from there and I plan on using this office for a long time. The office manager Shana is very knowledgeable of all their products and she is super helpful. Another great visit for my CPAP supplies, customer service is better than the 5 star cap.

We love the Pikeville office. When we travel from Paintsville to Pikeville to take Mom out shopping, occasionally the oxygen tank runs low. They always offer to replace the empty tank. It never takes more than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this company!

Yesterday, I called this company about 10 minutes before they were due to close for the day. My wife had travelled to Pikeville from northern KY and did not have her nebulizer with her and she had a flair up. The nice lady took my order over the phone and said it would be delivered by 9am today. It was. Thank you very much for helping an out of towner in a pinch.

This company and especially this location are excellent at serving their customers. They will go above and beyond to help with anything you need and they genuinely care about the patients who need their products. I would not go anywhere else. I started using them around 2012 or 2013. My son had severe breathing issues and the doc prescribed a nebulizer. They had closed but reopened when they saw my distraught wife. For some reason his insurance didn’t go through. They still sent her home with EVERYTHING he needed and sorted the finances the next day. Name another company that puts kids and patients above the insurance money. I will never go anywhere else. Nicholas Fleming

I wasn’t home, and ended up having to meet my technician, Vince, at my house. He beat me there, and was already unloading the equipment and pretty much waiting on me. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the equipment, and explained it in a way that made it easy to understand. Overall great experience.
