Stopped by this business looking for work today and walked into confectionery heaven. Willy Wonka dreaming here. A real rarity. An old school candy store with more choices than you can imagine. Felt like a kid in a candy store. 😀. Immaculately clean....pristine. The scales, the aroma.

Delicious chocolate and other sweet treats. We head up to Green Bay every year for sweets for our daughters because they are so delicious.
The truffles are TO DIE FOR! Hot cocoa bombs are also great and a must buy.
Definitely worth checking this place out!

Chocolate, candy, gummies, it’s a sweet tooth’s delight. Assorted chocolates and truffles are probably my favorite items here. I haven’t personally tasted everything here, but I imagine it’s all good. There are some pre-packaged items and gifts, and also some candies and such from other companies. Friendly workers and just a pleasant environment. Highly recommended.

This has been a fixture in GB since I was a kid (a really long time ago). 1st visit since I left in 72. It has crossed the street to new digs, but brought some of the beautiful cabinetry along.

I'm spoiled on chocolate as I lived in Zurich for 7 years. But walking through the door the aroma of chocolate smacks you.

I bought some truffles which were excellent. Super creamy as they should be.

Stopped in to get cherry decorations for the tree and of coarse walked out with 2 bags full of goodies! They have great stocking stuffer ideas and of course all there various styles of chocolates are out of this world!!

Fabulous candy and wide selection, even for people who need reduced sugar but still have a sweet tooth! The service was excellent, too. Loved the atmosphere of the store.

This is just fun to visit. The candy is awesome and the variety is great.

Huge selection of candies of all sorts. I like to stop here for special occasions. You can purchase individually or in larger quantities. The price is higher but you're paying for quality that you can see and taste.

Was looking for some sweets while At a conference in Green Bay, stopped here the owner was incredibly helpful very friendly prices are insanely good if you like chocolate or candy you need to stop here

Beerntsen's is the only real, old world chocolatier in Green Bay; hand made with wholesome ingredients, in small batches. Excellent customer service by a friendly staff.

Fantastic experience! Owner was beyond generous. Candy was delicious. The shop layout is so fun and old fashioned. Our 9 year old chose to come for his birthday and he was thrilled. Definitely worth a trip downtown.

Googled candy stores & they popped up. Walked in (we were from out of town) and we were immediately greeted with a smiling face! Within minutes, we were talking as if we were friends. We ended up helping their son with a project as well! Love supporting local businesses! If you’re in town, stop here!! Great selection of candy and more importantly - it’s owned by wonderful people!

This was by far THE BEST Confectionery I have been to and my husband takes me to one every trip we take! Curious about something? Ask about it! They will offer you a sample! Everything is prepackaged and pricing is clearly labeled on everything. The case is full of unique goodies! Definitely a MUST STOP in Green Bay! 💖💖💖

I absolutely love this place. It still has that old charm of an established confectionery store. A lot of the cabinets are from the old store. So many options to pick from including milk and dark chocolate and dietetic candy as well as melt in your mouth caramels. Don't forget the old fashioned sponge candy. They will ship boxes for you. Visit and take a walk down memory lane.

Honestly, I did not know that old fashioned candy stores like this even existed anymore. My wife made a comment about stopping so we did. I was floored when I walked in. It's just like the old fashioned candy stores from our Grandparents generation. Floor to ceiling of all kinds of chocolates, taffy's, gummies, etc... This place had just about every kind of candy you could think of AND they were all great to boot! The prices were excellent and the quality was top notch. Highly recommend.

You walk in the door and are surrounded by the lovely smell of chocolate. Clean, well maintained, and even carries some wine! A huge variety of locally made chocolate and candies. Employees are friendly. Prices are reasonable.

We love their chocolates (ok pretty much anything there...lol) and I try to get there a few times a year but no matter what I always make it a point to get there around the holidays!!! A++
