Lowes has the best customer service of the big three lowes, home depot, and Menards in my opinion that is why I prefer Lowes.

Had an issue with my bank so my washer delivery had to be canceled and rescheduled. Called customer service and spoke with Meredith. She was pleasant and took the time to find a solution for me. Easy to shop at store too. I use a lot of the products they supply for contracting.

Lynn directed me to Chuck for assistance in finding something that ended up being hidden behind a floor advertisement. He went all over the store trying to find it until we found the correct wording for what i needed. Very nice

Lowe's is the toy store for us older boys. I went in for one specific thing. Found it, then spent another 45 minutes just enjoying looking at all the grown-up boy toys. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

Great customer service, damaged some of the merchandise during loading though... we'll see if there are any issues with getting compensated/refunded/exchanged...

They have the friendliest employees and always willing to help everyone always has a smile on their face we built the raised vegetable beds and we extended the patio thanks to Lowe's

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, prices are reasonable and the selection is great. Great place for home improvement, remodeling or yard work. You can find almost anything you want for your next project and a selection for anyone’s budget. Also has a contracting center for companies that need bulk materials for larger jobs

I was Beyond impressed with their plant garden displays. They're well organized and attractive.. You can see the plants were cared for good for while waiting for me to buy them. A lot are half off because of the season as well!!

We were picking up our order of 2 patio chairs at the Machesney Park Illinois location. Josh was the employee that helped. He was extremely kind and helpful. He is a asset to Lowe's.

FANTASTIC, ordered on-line for curbside pick-up, received email order ready, arrived, pulled into one of the designated curbside pickup stalls, sign listed instructions, I checked-in with cell, they brought out within 5 minutes, helped me load freezer, and left. Everyone was friendly and helpful! The cashier was understanding when we with no purchase! With our goofy weather, we are just getting ideas for what is available when the weather is finally normal! 80's yesterday, 60's today, 50's tomorrow and freezing overnight Tuesday and Wednesday! Typical, but definitely not normal for the Midwest!
