Elijah Venicia is very excellent! I'm old lady. He's kind, helps me in & out of store door, considerate, and he really knows his business!
Expert with the techy items! Answers all my 150 plus questions😁. SO patient with me 🩷 Elijah helped me purchase 2 Galaxy 5 Pro 45mm watches last winter. Was so pleased asked for his card to recall his name. Thankful I had kept his business card; and I Pray🙏 he's still in this store when I need him again!
Most recently, Elijah Venicia assisted me in purchasing my new phone. Once again,
everything went smoothly with my transaction. He's such a great listener, and problem solver also.
This young man should be rewarded for rendering superior customer service to a senior citizen with multiple needs & much assistance!

After a terrible experience with the rude manager at the Tilton location, I decided to try one more store before I canceled my service with AT&T entirely. Thankfully, Esme Ramos was working today. Esme was WONDERFUL! She listened to the problem I was having and helped find a solution. The manager at the Tilton location needs to take some lessons in customer service from her. She was polite, kind, and helpful. Ms. Ramos restored my faith in AT&T customer service! Thank you, Esme!

Esme was the finest example of a dedicated and absolutely knowledgable customer service person that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. An asset that management should promote. Her people skills are exemplary.

I came to AT&T with no idea what was going on. I was welcomed with open arms by both Hayden and Elijah. They got me an upgrade and trade in, as well as the needed accessories. They made the whole trip easy, as well as being nice and considerate to all the other customers with questions while my data was transferring.

We walked into the stire an were immediately helped. My phone completely shut down. 😒 the tech, Hayden ,was able to get the contacts and pictures. YEA !!!! But phone was shot. He said I should file a warranty claim, should be $ 50 and my model or the next one up. GREAT. So I tried for a hour to work with warranty people ! and those people were more than WORTHLESS !! warranty lady did not help. She was trying to replace my phone with one that was 2 models older, for ONLY $200. !! And she kept saying "it 128 Gmb AND it comes in BLACK, isnt that GREAT"!!! BIG DEAL & NO !! Said the store tech didnt know what he was talking about. ( when i went back to store, hayden SHOWED me the warranty pamplet with the prices. ) Warranty lady then tried to sell me a home protection plan, when my phone protection plan issue was not resolved. I hung up on her, went RIGHT back to store and bought a new phone AND also set up a new Directv account. 🙃 screw you warranty people, hugs and kisses to the local store and its employees DANVILLE ILLINOIS N VERMILION STORE !!!! We have a 4 phone plan, Hayden and Elijah have helped all of us, from my 26 year old son to my 95 year old mom !!

We had the absolute best service. We purchased 2 iPhones. Everything was transferred over perfectly from our old ones The person who waited on us was professional and knew everything that we needed to know.

Esmeralda was a great help on getting our services switched to AT&T. She even tried every possible way to get my fiancé’s number from his straight talk service. She knows what she’s doing and does an amazing job! Anyone in the area thinking about switching go visit her, you won’t regret it!

After experiencing a lot of anxiety and stress at Verizon, I finally made the switch to AT&T. It has been one of the smoothest transitions and the store manager, Mr. Swinford, was a pleasure to work with. He made me feel welcomed and provided me with answers on any question I asked. I enjoyed shopping at this AT&T store. I had called ahead of time to check availability and cost. ELLIJAH V, the cashier, was very knowledgeable and professional. It only took him a few seconds to bring the wall charger to me.

Ariel was great, as always! Made sure to have my friends phone backed up & successfully transferred all of her things onto her new device she was worried that would not come over. Very patient & warm welcoming.

I have been an AT&T customer for about 5 years and have nothing but good things to say. Last week I went in to buy a new IPhone and was assisted by Elijah Venecia. He walked me through everything from the new iPhone/accessories to my new billing statement after the purchase. Overall, I had another great experience at AT&T.

At first l was very nervous and cautious of changing cell phone providers. But after coming into the store and was greeted as soon as I stepped into the store I knew it was going to be a good experience. The store manger was very friendly and was the main hand in helping me pick a cell phone plan and get my new life started with AT&T. They have a customer for life!

Hayden & Cam were very, very helpful! My mom went to get a new phone/internet plan & they kept it very light & entertaining. Made us feel very comfortable & welcomed! 10/10 recommend :)

Andriana Jackson was amazing!!! She advised me to get an SD card for storage but somehow after it was installed I lost 200 pictures that were very important to me. She worked with me until we exhausted all possibilities of retrieving my photos. And she did it! I couldn't be more thankful!
