Dealt with Josue in the soccer cleats section today. He was great. He was very helpful. My son needed to try on about 6 pairs of shoes and he was very patient with us. Really appreciate his help today.

I had to pick up a few new baits for the fall season coming, but the Pre-Spawn is going to be Awesome-Sauce!!.

For some reason, we had to return our bike and repurchase it, and it was a very long and complicated process. But I could wait and be patient thanks to Julian and Brett. They did great job for getting a bike and solving all problems. Thank Julian & Brett🙂

Went here for a new pair of sneakers and was pleasantly surprised. The staff here was amazingly friendly and helpful. I wear a 14 wide, and they swiftly showed me every model they had in wide widths. Price was solid also.

Great place to buy all kind of sporting equipment. Cycles to fishing gear. The shoes for running and working out to trekking are great. The women section for sports apparel is good something for everyone. The items are well priced. And it's great to see so much sporting gear all in one place

My wife left her wallet.. Cashier was a young woman, she gave it to a young man who may have been asst manager who passed it on to the manager who put it in a safe. Got the wallet back within a few mins. Tried to tip the young man, he wouldn’t accept it. Really impressed by this team.

Called the store to know about the re-stringing of my tennis racket. Got the information under a minute. They string it for FREE if you buy the from them and 12 $ if you bring you own string. The last time I did a re-string, I had to pay 10$ regardless. But the quality was great. Lets see what I get here. But so far it is a very good experience!

The staff in the bicycle department (especially Elgin) were wonderful and extremely knowledgeable, even compared to the local bike shops. I originally purchased a bicycle for my son at the Oxford Valley location, but when we got home to really try it, the brakes were so stiff he could barely stop. I called the Princeton location (because it was closer) to see if I could bring it in for them to take a look. Elgin took one look at the bike and knew there was something wrong with the brakes and it wasn't to right one for my son to begin with. We exchanged the bike for one that was a better fit with absolutely no hassle. My only complaint is that they don't have too many assembled bikes on the floor the try out.

Changed my view of being an expensive store…. Good sports goods and really competitive price compared to online giants

We were lucky enough to meet Amber & another young man whose name we did not get. Amber was knowledgeable, professional and happy to go the extra mile for us!!

A gentleman by the name of Joe in the fishing department was very helpful pointed out some sale items. Spooled up 3 reels and was a pleasure to speak with.

The Tennis guy is awesome, very helpful and fast with stringing. Explained the strings i needed and why not just throwing the most expensive ones at me. Very knowledgeable
