Roger and Mark are some top tier gentlemen. They are highly knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I could throw at them. The shop had everything I needed and more. I'll definitely be heading back there when it comes time to upgrade my accessories.

I have been going to shooters for 16 years. Every time I go the service is great and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. Mark is one of the best Glock armorers around. I have brought several of my Glocks and rifles to him to work. He always delivers. He completed the work on my AR 15 today. If you want quality service visit Shooters!!

I've been going to this gun store for the good part of a year now. During this time, I have never left the store disappointed. Each visit was always a great experience and I prefer taking my firearm related business to this establishment.

The staff at Shooters Service take good care of their customers, and they provide a solid selection of firearms, ammo, and firearms related items. (Shooters also offers FFL transfers)!

I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a gunsmith. I have brought two firearms in here and left pleased with the care and work put into them.

Roger and his entire crew of gunmen are top notch! They take care of everyone like they are royalty!! Whether you are doing a transfer, buying supplies, looking at that new noisemaker that you have been longing for, or just browsing the inventory; these are very knowledgeable people and they are more than happy to help you with your needs!!! I have been dealing with them for decades, and I like this building better than the previous two... it shows that they are always looking to improve their service to all of their customers! Came in to buy my first firearm and was greeted with a warm welcome from the entire staff. The process was quick and they were a great help with any questions and concerns I had. The mangers are cool and will really look out for you to insure that your completely satisfied with your purchase. Thumbs up guys!

I had an excellent recent experience at Shooters Service. I found the staff to be very professional and Roger, the owner, to be fair and honest in our dealing. He offered me an extremely competitive price on my trade-in and had me out the door in no time with my new revolver in the exact configuration I had been looking for. Went in to pick up my first gun ordered online. Delivery was quick but the best thing about the visit were the men that worked there. Everyone of them had an incredible amount of knowledge regarding not only my gun, but every gun in the store. They don't rush you, you can ask as many questions as you want and they go out of their way to provide you the best service possible. Will I go back? I brought a semi auto shotgun to their shop because I was unable to remove the charging handle from the bolt. They were very patient and assisted me. The charging handle was pressed in with very tight from the factory. They were able to remedy the factories error and even smoothed out the tolerance between the handle and bolt. I'll definitely return to them in the future for gunsmithing, accessories, and firearms.

ROGER the owner and his staff have been extremely helpful. They provided expert advice in placing value on guns I was selling they also sold several for me on consignment. They've helped me in the purchase of several guns both in pistols and rifles by asking questions about what my purpose for each one was and then gave me the advice as to what would fit my need at the best price. The owner for this place is so amazing. He provides excellent services to his customers. Once my GPS almost took me through Canada with my pistol, but Shooters Service quickly helped me to service and store my pistol until I returned from Canada in the same day. I strongly recommend Shooters Service to everyone that owns a pistol.

I was greeted at the door, immediately helped, had all my questions answered, the item I wanted was then ordered. We Shared a little chit chat about each other's past, the stores location changes etc... I left completely satisfied. At the end of the day the price was right, the customer service was well above what you usually get at a gun shop, and I'll buy applicable ammo when I pick up as a result. Initially I went here for the price. I'd gladly pay a premium for a positive experience any day of the week. Forget the big box stores, my experience today just created a customer for life. I will never buy at Over Done-hams and little weinie sporting goods ever again. Good customer service is king and I'll be back 100%.

Great customer service! Planned to go clay shooting Saturday morning, upon cleaning my shotgun the night before I realized I was missing the magazine cap. Went to Shooters Service and talked to Roger. They did not have the part(old gun) but found one on Ebay for me. He asked if I had planned on using the gun that day, I told him yes, actually in about an hour. Looking at my gun he used his expertise to find a cap that fit my gun from one of his display guns. He allowed me to use the cap that day so I could participate in the clay shoot. No charge just a promise that I would return the cap. Had a great day at the range and returned the cap that afternoon. Unbelievable service!! Can you imagine a big box store doing this for a customer! Not a chance. Thanks to Roger, Shooters Service has gained a loyal customer.

I was impressed by the customer service I recieved. I had an issue with a transaction from a little over a year ago (the fault was mine). I honestly didn't expect things to go as well as they did today. I spoke with the owner. THE ACTUAL OWNER, how often can you do that on the internet or with these big chains?

In short. THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP for firearms AND accessories. They also, to my surprise have a nice selection of pellet rifle ammo and target's.

Great shop! Tried to use the wrong size cleaning patches to clean my gun and got the patches and cable stuck in barrel. Thought I was going to have to have a expensive bill to get removed. These guys are on point, got right on it when I walked in and had it removed in less than 15 minutes. Very happy customer with that kind of service. Thanks again

I don't have experience with the store, but the archery range is wonderful! I purchased a Groupon to this place for my boyfriend and myself, and I am so glad I went! The staff is amazing; they manage to teach you a lot while still be fun and entertaining. Greg and Bruce are especially exceptional. It was my first time trying archery and thanks to their help I managed to shoot fairly well for a beginner. I'm extremely excited to have found this activity for my boyfriend and I to do together, and we can't wait to go back to Shooter's Service.
