Sergio was incredible. If he didn’t say hello as soon as I walked into the store it’s no way I would have purchased all those items. My wife and I went to T Mobile today because unhappy with the V Company. All I can say is Manager, Ashleigh and Assistant Manager Sergio are absolutely the best service people I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. Ashleigh spent an unbelievable amount of time with us explaining all the options available and what would meet our needs. Then she set up our phones and gave us the accessories needed. My wife and I both agree this is the best phone store you could want to go to. I recommend this T Mobile location and their employees Ashleigh and Sergio.

I visited the Applegarth store based upon local reviews. I was greeted by Nikita. I was in the market for a new phone and knew about the promotion that was running. Nikita was straight up and no mincing of words. My new phone was up and running in about 20 minutes. This is the only T mobile store I would visit as others fell short. Thank you Nikita for excellent customer service!

Had the weirdest thing happen with my account. My account was canceled for no reason. Went in to this store, explained everything to Ashley, store manager. And she was able to get my account back up and running. Went to another store in the morning and they were of no help. Ashley was the best!

Ashley is just fantastic. I had worked with techs on the phone to load a new Sim card. Spent hours. Ashley loaded it and had my phone working in seconds. My new watch she got it working too. Thank you

Ashley and Sergio were really helpful at the Applegarth / Monroe Twp store. I went with very specific technical issue with new service transfer from another provider where online customer support could not help and both Ashley and Sergio spent time to understand the issue and helped me get my phones activated with new eSIM and saved the day!!

Ashley is amazing. Calvin, Christopher and Saad are very helpful and knowledgeable. We have never been helped so much in our purchase of I phone 15 pro and 15. We could never do without them. Once again 6 stars for ASHLEY.

Called the store to get a feel for the type of people working there and spoke with Nakia she was a straight shooter so I went in. I had an idea of what I was looking for but she found a better option that fit what I was looking for and had more benefits that I didn't even know I would like to have. 10/10 I would recommend Nakia and Melissa to anyone who needs anything TMobile.

Came by this store to ask a simple question and I was greeted by the manager Ashley which has great customer service. She answered my question thoroughly and she was able to assist me with my issue. She even educated on the Internet T-Mobile offers and got me to save a ton of money by switching over and canceling my old Internet provider. This store has a great vibe and Ashley was super dope!!!!
