CVS

The Pharmacy called in to have our Covid and Flu vaccines done a day earlier if possible and I was happy with that. The Pharmacist and team greeted us, kept us updated for the few minutes and we had our vaccines and left. Everything went great!

I wish I knew the young man’s name, He was extremely helpful and it seemed he was the only employee there but still managed to help me find what I was looking for and even helped check out and apply my coupons He needs a RAISE!

Quinton at the photo counter was phenomenal. It’s hard to deal with corporate oversight, apps and other things out of staffs control. He absolutely knocked it out of the park. Didn’t complain, contacted corporate to resubmit photo order, took care to make sure contact info was correct. Didn’t complain or say it’s not my job or try and pass off to someone else. He was the first person who picked up the phone and he ran with it until the end. Amazing.

Great service I was greeted by a wonderful woman by the name of Caroline in the front and when I tell you, my day was going so bad and she made it all worthwhile coming inside the CVS store. Helped me find exactly what I needed. Also, help me use the machine in the front. I will definitely be coming back again.

You can't ask for better service from a pharmacy than this one. I've been coming there for years and they treat me rather special. I do get a lot of medications and they're always very thorough and making sure that I have them. It's nice to be welcomed and it's nice to be remembered. The store manager is terrific. The cashiers are friendly. This store is fairly organized but they keep moving things around and it makes for a confusing shopping at times. They are very centrally located on Central Avenue in Scarsdale and and have free parking. They are very customer oriented here. So whether you're need a pharmacy, health and beauty aids, Hallmark cards, magazines, snacks or eyewear, come see.

Had a lovely and efficient experience at CVS Optical. Anne and Adam were very welcoming, explained each step and got me in to see the optician very quickly. They were both very knowledgeable and seemed very committed to customer service. Would recommend and will definitely visit again.

At the centeral Ave location the team member Quitin was helpful and very nice

Pleasant experience with Friendly and Smiling Staff ; Associate saw me waiting and offered to do the Checkout at a different Counter; much appreciated

I LIKE THE FACT THE STORE HIRED MORE PEOPLE. THE YOUNG MAN ADRIAN HELPED ME FIND THE PICTURE FRAMES AND EVEN MOVED THE BOXES. HE WAS VERY NICE. ALSO RAZIM THE CASHIER WAS ALSO HELPFUL AND POLITE.
