Amazing job replacing iphone X screen. I was greeted immediately by multiple employees. They completed the work quickly in 10-15 minutes. Great job!

The two main employees sal and bashar were very professional and very polite they had a store full of people but the amazing part was is that they were helping every customer at one time everyone was happy the vibe in the store was amazing everyone was laughing not only were they dealing with everyone problems but they still had a smile on there face. The crazy part is I went to best buy a multi million dollar business and they weren't even able to help me but when I walked into one wireless I was out in 10 min and my phone was recovered and they treated me like family 10/10 would reccomend this place and if you ever go talk to either bashar or sal you will never be dissatisfied thank you one wireless....

Believe it or not folks the dog ate the phone or at least broke the screen. I fix screens too in Elyria. I did not have an iPhone 11 screen. It would have took me too long to get it. They fix it in 20 minutes very polite and friendly people. And it was inexpensive really it was try Apple care for the paid three times as much as we pay. That's all guys for your professionalism

I researched different stores and got word of mouth from several people and brought my A32 here for what I thought was just a messed up screen. The speedy tech said the problem was more than that. I explained to the rep Ron that I am a disabled veteran with little income. That man went so far out of his way to help me that I walked out smiling and with a new phone. It doesn't matter if you're a millionaire or broke like me, these people make you feel like your business is important. Again, kudos to Ron for your help. This is the place to go!

Let me tell you how freaking awesome my experience was with these guys. First of all, they got me a whole apple watch for WAY cheaper than i could have imagined! Amazon could NEVER. There was a dude working there, i think his name was nick? Either way, that dude KNEW HIS STUFF. Knew exactly how to get my bill where i wanted it to be, AND got me a phone that i adored with the watch. I walked in there depressed, but that man's mood brought me up like crazy. It's painful that 5 is the limit on stars cause i'd give this establishment 50 stars if i could.

Came in to get my phone screen fixed and: had the screen shipped in less than 2 days, had the screen fixed in less than an hour PLUS they repaired the back glass at no extra charge! DEFINITELY recommend coming here for phone needs
