I prefer this store to any other one. Always friendly and helpful. I'm not great at technical stuff, they understand that and laugh right along with me. I had to call the store after I got home. They were able to walk me through the problem very easily, spoke my non-tech language so I easily understood what to do. They take their time with customers and don't make you feel like you're rushed to get out the door. These guys are great!

Evan was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! He maintained an INSANE amount of patience while dealing with several customer support agents, and overall a great experience.

10 out of 10! He was so understanding and kind! I have AU-ADHD and he helped me out and walked me through an overwhelming process!! Wonderful guy! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!

I was there two times in 3 day. Day one was to get a portable charger and a USB cord for my work truck. The sales lady was very helpful and courteous. Day two I need assistance in transferring my all my info onto my new phone, she quickly put up my information and started to transferring feed, and sent me on , happy as can be. I will definitely do business there again.

Cam was very professional, worked quickly, met my needs without any pressures to sell me more than I needed.

We were in Verizon last week on Thurs 8/18/22. Didn't catch the gentleman's name but he had dark hair. Other guy left for the day and he was busy. Took his time even after store closed which we didn't realize it was but he was so patient and nice to get our old phones switched to our upgraded phones. Really appreciated that.

Alex was very helpful with phones and pricing as well as saved us money and got us the Disney bundle.

Matt was knowledgeable and pleasant. Took care of my phones problem in timely manner. Very grateful for his help.

The Verizon store in London, Ohio has two amazing, patient employees. Sunday June 19th Kail spent 2 hours helping me with my new
phone. I had accidentally put my old phone in the washer. She did a wonderful job retrieving what she could a from my old wet phone. She was brilliant!

Today, Lenny the district manager is helping me as I write this review. On a couple of previous visits to the Verizon store, Lenny has always been willing to help me with my phone. Great employee for this company.

This store is excellent and should be sought out by all customers. The employees here, especially Evan Smith, is extremely attentive to and is always able to solve issues. I was recently having issues with my phone and he knew exactly what to do to fix it. I’ll always drive out of my way to go to this store as opposed to others in my area!

A young gentleman at the London, OHio store helped me pick out and set up my new iPhone 14 plus. He was patient and helpful as I am not technology savvy. An excellent experience!

I would like to commend your employee Evan Smith in the London Ohio office for his exemplary service in solving our needs for a durable yet easy to use phone for my disabled brother. He was very knowledgeable about the available products and very understanding of the difficulties we have trying to satisfy my brothers needs with todays technology. He also helped me personally by escorting me into the 21st century technology of "blue tooth" and at no time did he make me feel inadequate at my lack of knowledge. Thank you Evan!!!
