Very friendly, helpful staff. Store was very clean and organized. They helped me replace some items that I had ordered online that didn’t fit.

I'm a trans woman who decided to shop for a few new items for my wardrobe. The staff were fantastic, and so very helpful making sure I had the correct sizes and styles for my body shape. Love them so much.

Brandon and his coworkers were very helpful when I came in. They helped me get ready for a Christmas party and even corrected me on my pants size. Very friendly and approachable and I appreciate everything they did.

Only place I get my jeans and most of my clothing. Absolutely love this outlet and will always be a loyal customer

I received a coupon in the mail. I found some great clearance items and also great non clearance items. The girls we're friendly but could have been dressed less provocative. My family and I shop here often.

I wanted to write this review a few days ago. We visited this store and was so happy to meet Trey! He was the most helpful and the teens I had with me wasn't sure what style to buy in shorts. Wouldn't have ended up buying anything if it wasn't due to him. He came over and took us to another area and I swear he is the "clothing whisperer"! He said what these and those shorts would look like and boy was he right! Thank you so much Trey! Wish you were at the Jeffersonville Location permanently! He was from the Dayton store and just filling in or something like that! Thank you so much Trey! You are awesome and hopefully even though a drive for you, will see you soon!

The store is being very careful about covid 19 which is super appreciated. We actually forgot our masks until we got to the store and they had some ready for us. They also hand sanitizer readily available! Go AE!
