Rocky's Ace Hardware

Always a positive shopping experience here. Staff usually greet you upon entering the store and ask if they can help you find something. I have no friends or relatives who work at this store or any other Ace Hardware, so my review is without bias. Rocky's Ace Hardware truly has the best customer service of any hardware store. It truly gives you the "Mom and Pop" store feel of yesteryear that is rare to find in today's world. Kudos to Ace and their employees!

Still my favorite place more then Lowe's sometimes I just go here just to be here and think of what to make people should always come here first so they never go out of business 😬

I have a old house and was looking for old fuses. I called the store after I went to a Walmart that claimed to have the fuses I needed but did not. the staff was very friendly and the lady that answered said she wasn't sure but would ask to be sure. They made sure before I made the drive they had the stock and friendly when I came with my 2 year old! Even gave her pennies for the charity wheel she loved it watching the pennies circle down!

Friendly staff. You pay a couple ¹ more at ACE, but every Ace hardware I've been to usually has Friendly staff and is always more knowledgeable than homedepot or lows stores. Also, ace has more special specific parts, lows and depot, don't cary.

This is one of the only places left in the greater Dayton region that you can find all of the little parts, pieces, and fasteners of all types that you need to repair, or create things. There is very little they don't have.

We all know how important it is to support our local businesses. And that is why we love Ace Hardware. They also have a variety of clearance items that you may find enticing that you never knew existed or that would make your home more inviting or innovative! Thank you Ace Hardware! The associates are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. So glad they are close to home and always go above and beyond to help their customers find exactly what they are in search for. That certainly means alot!

The woman at the cashiers position was wonderful! Was very nice to myself and each customer she interacted with. Awesome customer service from her. Wish I would of got her name and could mention her by it.

I had a kitchen sink line bust the day after Christmas. I'm not working & a woman. I had to try to figure it out myself. So being high risk during these covid times. I called my neighborhood Ace Hardstore from the parking lot. The employees on 2 different days, were kind & very helpful! They made it possible for me to stay safe and get my sink working again!

Nice store has what you need when you need it. Staff very helpful and they are local. You don’t have to travel 15 miles and roam one hundred isles to find what you need or find sales assistance. The store supports the community. I love this place❤

I go here for all my hardware, home improvement needs first. They almost always have what I need, at a good price. Without the hassle of going to a big box store. I love the small store, home town feel!

Love going to Ace! It's close and prices are affordable. They have great sales all the time! They also have a rewards program. You get flyers and $5 coupons in the mail monthly!
