I had a fantastic over the phone order experience with Jessie Z in Dior beauty. I was searching for a one of the kind item and I was in luck that it was available to purchase. Her customer service is superb. She is so good that I called back a different day and placed another order with her instead of my local instate Macy’s. As long as she’s there she has me as a lifetime, beauty, Macy’s client. Thank you Jessie for everything!

I spoke with Christian and Albelino in the men's department and they were both incredibly kind and helpful! Had to exchange, return, and purchase some items and they made the whole experience easy for me.

Very much spacious and organized. I went to make a return of online purchase and the associate was very helpful and quick served.

I was there to play the role of Prince Charming and give out free shoes to lucky ladies. In my time there I also got to look around and interact with the staff. Store is very clean and organized well. The staff was extremely kind and helpful to myself and all the customers who were there. That's what I call #CustomerService.

Always has sales and the prices or fair to begin with. The staff was great in helping me get a card to save even more. 20% off the whole purchase I believe just for getting a Macy card.

If you’re looking to visit Macy’s but dread the craziness of The Queens Center Mall and Herald Square 34th street….Macy’s Flushing is the answer. I went in looking for a perfume for my sister that was sold out at both Macy’s QC & HS…..
i found the aforementioned perfume and was treated to friendly and accommodating service from all the workers at Macy’s Flushing. They even gift wrapped my perfume.
I will be shopping here more often after this amazing experience…Thank you

Macys flushing is the best store to shop 👍store is very organize and employees they are very friendly 😆

It is easy for me to get here. They have nice sweaters for the holidays. The sales lady helped me fine the perfect red sweater that I will wear at my Christmas party.

You find things that other Macy's don't have. It's a little pricey but have unique items, however if you pay with your Macy's card will get good offers and discounts

The staff at Macy's is always very attentive and helpful the young man Julius chin on the third floor is fantastic as are the people with the gift cards my only complaint is the crowds thank you Tom

The sales lady named Isabel was welcoming and helped in getting a late mother's day gift for my neighbor. It was wrapped very nicely and the ladies at the Lancome counter were very nice. Lovely experie ce. I visited today around 600 PM.
