Kaohu was very friendly and helpful. My car battery was dead. He helped me select a new one and installed it for me free of charge while I sat in my car. I was in and out in 10 minutes :)

The first day of school: I load the kids into the car and turn the key, but the van won’t start! After a few tries it gets going, so I drop the kids off and head down to O’Reilly. Ron checked my battery (it was bad), found my warranty, and popped in the new one. He was so helpful and knowledgeable! I will definitely come back here for all my automotive needs!

Joshua was so attentive from the moment I walked in but at the same time patient and detail oriented. Honestly I was hard up looking for a part and had been in several shops before this. Even as they were half an hour from closing he paid me so much respect and made sure the part I got was a good fit. Thanks Josh!

Immediately greeted with friendly employee named Kaohu. He proceeded to help me with everything I needed and was very informative. Thank you, Kaohu!

Can’t begin to thank the staff here. My 03 Duramax serpentine belt decided to self implode when one of the idler pulleys decided to stop being a pulley, and rather a brake. Ron was a great help at helping me find the right pulley, and letting me borrow some tools to replace the damn thing in the parking lot. Keep in mind I was several (25) miles from home and without my tools. That didn’t stop Ron, Joshua, and Matt from lending me tools and Matt from coming out to help me get the belt on. Normally an easy thing to do, but this is March 10th 2023 and it was the first real rain storm of the season, so I was completely soaked. Matt was very kind and even offered his coat since I was unprepared and literally drenched. Three very long, and wet hours later the new pulley that was seized was replaced, belt was anew, and I was on my way home being very grateful for human beings that treat others as human beings as well. A+ my dudes! Stay warm and dry! Don’t take any jeeps out to the desert Matt!

The manager, Roger, was so helpful! He took the time to explore options that would best benefit me. He also installed my wiper blades and my daughters as well! I would highly recommend this place and will refer them to anyone that has automotive needs!

We arrived during the first snow storm of the season needing new wipers. We were so very grateful for helpful and kind employees. Koahu willingly went out into the cold to help replace the wipers. We are thankful!

The employees are always friendly and the service is excellent.

My car was overheating and all the shops were closed. Matt came to the rescue and helped us figure out the problem. He was friendly and really chill. Thank you!

I was having trouble picking out my engine oil cap from the bottom of the engine compartment down the street at auto zone… the employees there didn’t have a cap replacement and couldn’t get it out. I came over here to O’Reilly’s for some help and a nice guy named Ben fished it out in less than 5 minutes for free! I know where I’ll be going for car parts in the future!

I’m super excited for this store to open. I love O’Reilly Auto Parts!

Tony helped me install a new battery and was helpful to other customers. Friendly and competent staff.
