Do It Tennis has fantastic customer service who are readily available to help you out with your order.
I had ordered two items and it was in process for 10 days because one item was backordered but with a phone call they were willing to ship the items individually so I can have my bag.
Website could be updated to reflect backordered items waiting to arrive but the willingness to do two separate shipments is great.

Came back multiple days during demo program. As busy as the staff may be with online store orders and racket stringing, they were always happy to advise. They genuinely seemed to enjoy tennis, and are very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad to have found a shop nearby i would be happy to support.

I ordered 4 leather overgrips from Do It Tennis, and they arrived on time, as advertised, though only 3 were Gamma branded, the 4th being another brand. As these were purchased as gifts to Pickleball buddies, I didn’t mind :^) Leather is leather. I would not hesitate to recommend Do It Tennis for any/all of their over-grip needs :^)

Great place for your tennis needs. I've been getting my racket strung by them for a long time. Micah is a stand up guy and amazing tennis player/coach. Overall they are superb.

Ordered something from them through Amazon. USPS messed up the delivery, but when I contacted them about it, they re-shipped the item to me at no extra charge and were super helpful through the whole process. I would definitely order from them again!
