Switched from Walgreens on Woodstock Avenue to the West Rutland location. Should of done this months ago! Great staff and excellent customer service. The Woodstock Avenue location could learn alot from them!

A huge shoutout to the staff but most importantly Julie the pharmacist who went above and beyond to help me get my son vaccinated today. He was struggling with anxiety and she put him at ease and went out of her way to accommodate him making the whole thing stress free and positive. She was beyond amazing and incredibly kind. Walgreens has a true gem! Thanks Julie!!!❤

If you’re looking for a Covid test that will be completed in 3 days (as advertised) look elsewhere. I got results back in 4 which make it useless for traveling. Had to rush to a lab to get a rapid one done.

I drove 90 minutes as a high risk person to get an updated COVID shot. They didn’t know how to bill my insurance and refused to give the “free shot” even uninsured people are promised. They said it would be $150. It is illegal to bill for this. No help, they don’t know how to bill insurance and they denied a high risk person a COVID shot. Hope they like being reported to the state board of pharmacy.

Calling the pharmacy is TOO frustrating. I don't want to go through all the prompts to get a person. Only to hold for an excessive amount of time.
