Warhammer

Went to this store for the first time. The owner is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I brought my twin daughters with me and they both really enjoyed painting a free model, while I asked questions about Warhammer 40K rules I needed clarified. While having a conversation with the store owner I met a regular who invited me to play a game a local game store. Came out of the store with two very happy girls, some merchandise and a friend!

Jason is hard carrying this location. Friendly, knowledgeable, open to all levels of interest, he is THE ideal candidate for this kind of role. I go to this shop solely for his expert knowledge and advice. I can find Warhammer stuff online and on Amazon for cheaper but I’d rather put in the extra 20 dollars knowing I’ll be given any and all information needed for painting and fully enjoying the hobby to the fullest.

Jason is a great guy and gives tons of helpful advice for everything Warhammer related. The location is a bit on the small side, but makes up for it with the friendly atmosphere.

I wish I could give higher than 5 stars. Jason is very knowledgeable and friendly. Been in a couple of times and even though my wife is not interested in painting or playing the game she felt very comfortable in the store and even painted her first miniature.

I've been a fan of Warhammer since the early 2000s. Finding out we have a Warhammer store in Bellingham was a pleasant surprise - the owner has been nothing but kind, patient, and generous to me and those I've brought with me. People who don't know anything about the hobby can take advantage of GW's free miniature promotion and learn to paint/build and play games. Whether you want to play the game or just love the hobby aspect, this store will fulfill your needs.

I have driven by this place for many months. I finally went inside to see what all the fuss was about and was met by the most enthusiastic and well rounded individuals. All of my questions were answered not only by the employees but the patrons as well.

This is a very welcoming place to visit and I will be back often as I have unintentionally found a new hobby and friends to do it with.

This store caters to a particular hobby that is coming out of the woodworks with related young adult board games, video games, and toys and for any one looking to get into the Warhammer community or re-up their own stash this is the place to go. Jason is great with engaging his customers and guiding you to the most fun no matter your level of interest or knowledge. I was able to bring my wife here and she was treated like a normal person while browsing. The group of like minded nerds that hang out here to paint and play games can vary in temperament, but largely seem to welcome everyone with open arms and have a zeal to teach the brutal tactics of the table top game or happy to just chat painting techniques. Definitely a must stop for any gamer or nerd with an interest.

Jason, the shop keeper, is great and knowledgeable. Always open to having a conversation and will even help you learn to assemble and paint any miniatures that you buy.

So I have not actually gone to the store yet because I live an hour away, but I am heading there today because of their employee Jason. He was so passionate and kind on the phone when it came to my questions and just giving me some generally great advice on how to get started back up with 40k (I have not played since 2e), and how to get my kiddos and a few other started in the hobby.

Wonderful experience from a dedicated, knowledgeable, and sincere store manager. I've only been here once but it was the single best game store experience I have ever had. This manager knows everything about Warhammer but isn't pushy or overly opinionated about the hobby. He is genuinely interested and engaged in the community; we even knew some of the same artists. I would highly recommend dropping in; from new folks just interested to see what Warhammer is, to the long-time hobbyist, this is the spot to go.

Very cool store run by awesome staff. Easily the cleanest, friendliest, and frankly, overall, the best GW-specific store I've shopped at. Highly recommend.

Great staff and a welcoming community. Not only was the staff helpful and informative but you get to build and paint a free miniature. Great for all ages 8 and above.

Great store, manager was running it when I went in very knowledgeable very friendly and did not pressure me into anything. Not the normal gw store experience I'm used to and I'll be back because of it.

Passionate and knowledgeable staff. Well stocked, clean and organized. Would be nice if they priced everything in the shop. It can be hard to tell what you're about to spend when it comes to Warhammer.

Employee working there was very helpful (didn't catch his name, Asian man with a ponytail) and was very knowledgeable about the paint I came in looking for. I don't play Warhammer, but after a short conversation he took an interest in my Gundam model kits and I showed him some pictures of stuff I had made.

Beautiful shop, clean and very well stocked with Warhammer stuff and even a selection of board games (even with the whole Covid thing causing supply issues for most).

Jason provided an excellent customer service experience. I came in with my deathwatch army after many months of not gaming and I had a great time in the store. Kind and enthusiastic. Highly recommended!

Good staff, very helpful. They even have paints and brushes people can work with in the store and sample miniatures people can try out if they're not sure about. The store also hosts pickup games and narrative campaigns further back, and is generally a fun place to hang out.

We secretly hope the Imperium (Games Workshop) is cloning Jason, the store manager to assume more roles within the company as his exemplary knowledge of the product and friendly demeaner would be an asset to all involved.
