Sinclair Gas Station

In regards to the comment that a bug was found in a customer's food - I was personally there when this happened, the food was replaced with like items with no questions asked, fulfilling our best customer service policy. After reviewing the cameras, the bug that was "in the food" actually flew into the customer's bag OUTSIDE the store, we have regular pest control services performed, however it is idaho and bugs are bad outside right now. We have no control what happens to a customer's items after they leave the store. The staff of sunnyside have been working very hard to keep the best customer service and friendliness possible. If there are any concerns please feel free to contact the store and speak with the manager, I guarantee you will be responded to. SinclIr should be proud to have this store branded with its name. Thank you.

I have reviewed and shared on this establishment in the past and I stand behind the review that is well over 2 years old. I find it hard to believe any employee would treat a customer disrespectfully in that store. I have gone in that store at all hours of the day and night and have not ever heard or seen such. I have been in there at times when it was so busy there was sro and still the employees did their job as fast as they could and were respectful as well. Ty Sinclair for being just as awesome today as you were 2+ years ago.

In the middle of nowhere (Lava Hot Springs, ID)... Best gas prices and the tallest guy behind the cash register!! Nice to drive through old stomping grounds after 20+ years 😊
