Publix Super Market at Alegre Plaza

I'm not changing my ratings, but it is worth it to share this morning experience. Cashier Judy has questionable customer service skills. I greeted in Spanish and she said nothing back, she didn't has to. Her face said it all. Apparently she disliked it. I'm assuming that she is not a Spanish speaker like the rest of the staff. It doesn't matter to me, but she could have said "Good morning! I don't speak Spanish" and I would have switched to what was appropriate to her.

My wife and I have eaten Publix subs for years. However Betty made the best sandwich I have ever had. She dices up the veggies and mixes them with sauce, salt and pepper. Also friendly with a smile. Her service deserves recognition.

Workers are very nice and Profesional at all time. We have shop at that location for 20 years never had a problem very nice to shop there.

They work hard, the corp can be a little heavy, but benefits for long staying staff are great and compete w govt levels of retirement. My only complaint is regardless of store getting uncommon/particular items stocked or restocked doesnt always happen. Bet I was the only one buying those wasabi peas lmao

This is my favorite Publix. I always get my cakes and party platters here because they are ready on time and always delicious.

Great,clean, organized, sushi was alright, we bought huge heart for $15.99 and it was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The reason I go to Publix is the deli and the bakery. Both are the best in town. Today was a little better than usual. Although I ended up spending twice as much in the deli, Betty and Virginia made is special. They gave me samples of what another customer was purchasing and I also got a pound of it. Great place to shop.

This is a great location, they have everything you need, plus clean restrooms, quick checkout and plenty of parking.

Store is well kept and employees are so friendly.

this is a great publix! easy to get in and out of , ample parking, and the store is modern and clean. the staff is super friendly and they’re eager to help. i have found that this isn’t always the case, so it’s nice to have a good publix in the area.

Management does a great job keeping good inventory at all times. Very clean and efficient. Kudos to all people doing a good job. This location has a pharmacy, which is a plus for shoppers. Two birds, one stone. I believe that their private label not only of great quality but great value.

Just a good overall crew! Really helpful and extremely nice. We live in Miami where no one is nice and everyone has a attitude. Great job in being different and standing out

Hi this store is very professional in the bakery the bread is made with taste professionals in all products; the others too professionals. But the bakers make great job with bread; l have drive long distance to take this delicious product. I don’t mean to discredit other stores but this one is the best.

Woman named Sabrina from the deli was extremely attentive always got my orders right and is a very hard and dedicated worker definitely one of my favorite Publix's to shop at!

I’m grateful for the manager of this branch , LORENZO. He was very much attentive, helpful and pleasant. I thought this is the only PUBLIX or grocery store that has toilet paper in South Miami ( Well.. the walmart at the other side has nothing but empty racks.)
Well managed the implementation of limited supply per customer to prevent hoarding is effective and fair for everyone in the community to benefit. Thanks to KARLA as well for her kindness. Kudos!
