AT&T Store

Excellent in-store experience. Kassandra at the Stuart location was very helpful, patient and created an stress-free experience for me. She didn’t pressure me into anything and gave me all the information I needed to help me be informed So I could make the best decision for me.

They have a great crew (Matthew, Matt, Julia) who jumped in to help me successfully transition from another network. Matthew especially was very helpful from beginning to end. Thank you for all you do!

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any cell phone store I’ve ever been in. The manager of the store (Jean) understood my issue and immediately got to work on fixing my issue and made sure it was resolved before I left.

I came in earlier this week to buy a case, ended up speaking to Ángel about different phone services and switched from T-Mobile to AT&T and saved a lot of money thank you!! He was super friendly and helpful!!

Mai, at the Stuart store was great! She helped me and my daughter out with everything from question to settings up our new phone and watch. She was also very friendly and people like her are hard to come by!!! I will definitely see her again for anything I need! Thank you!

I am from Colorado and my phone stopped working. I went to an AT&T store on Federal and Market Place. The guys were unfriendly and I was at that location for 2 hrs. They still did not fix my phone. Than the customer service had disconnected and he said we are now closed come back tomorrow. Left frustrated 😡
Two days later I went to Autumn’s location (AT&T) dreading my visit thinking it would take forever again. It was a day and night difference. She was very friendly and helpful, she helped me with my phone and it took literally 5 minutes.
We own a company in Colorado and I seriously would pack her up and help us with our business. She brings value, friendliness and above and beyond GREAT customer service.

I love this store! Every time I come in I have an amazing experience. The girls Alexa and Britney are both so good at addressing bill concerns, and saving customers money. The manager Devin is extremely kind and helpful! Will definitely be coming back.

On a whim yesterday, I decided to go into the store to upgrade my phone...... something I had been dreading for years. I was immediately greeted by Megan, who proceeded to provide the most courteous, friendly and excellent customer service I've received from anyone....anywhere... in a long, long, time. Went to this location after dinner to get details for internet. Spoke with Jeremiah and he was so knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Went home to think about it and ended up returning the next day to sign up. Very pleased with the professionalism and courteous service! Personally i feel like this is one of the best phone store i have ever been too. Everyone in here makes me feel welcome as soon as i walked through the door , like i came into get a phone and everyone was friendly and sweet.Everyone has there own personality , Daniel is pretty knowledgeable about his work and knows what he is talking about, Stookely is super friendly and is super knowledgeable about a little bit of everything and lastly we got Devin the store manger he is really professional and i love the way he handles the store.This is by far the best phone store i have been in . Also i will be coming back to add the AT&T TV with daniel just as i promised. KEEP THE GREAT WORKS UP U GUYS ARE AWESOME.
