I had an amazing experience at the Winter park Lululemon store with Kayla T. And the other associates who were on the ball and brought me exactly what I wanted based off my request and gave me some knowledge on the different leggings.They made my journey apart of there's and celebrated with me. Also Im full figured and it was so nice to see other associates wearing the clothes they sell and seeing them fit well. Good job girls ❤

Came to this location to return a couple items I purchased online and the return process was quick and easy.

I came in today in need of a specific item in a specific color for a candlelight vigil tomorrow (extremely sad circumstances and I couldn’t stop crying). Jenn could not have been more kind, sweet and helpful. Extremely grateful for her, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

I came in two weeks ago for a return and exchange items. The cashier is really helpful and nice. In and out in 5 mins which is awesome. Would recommend this location to everybody.

Amanda at this store took my call right at opening with such a cheerful voice, it truly made my day. I got here close to closing and the line was cut off for capacity. I knew what I was there to buy so the associate at the door had me call in for another associate to grab the item. She showed me the leggings outside to make sure it was right then did the transaction over the phone. Really appreciate them making it work!

I received excellent service by your associate Heidi who upon my arrival greeted me with a warm smile and happy attitude. I had to exchange something and she offered me a couple of options to see what would work best for me. A very pleasant experience!

Excellent, personalized customer service! After yet another good experience at this store I am updating my review. I took in a pair of pants to see if it was possible to repair a small hole and they were immediately replaced, no questions asked. I absolutely love the way they stand behind their products!

I had an older pair of pants that i brought in for them to look at. I had every intention in the world of finding a way to refurbish them and not replace them. Tate greeted me and ensured me there would be no other way to save them and gave me a brand new pair. This company is very professional and kind to each and every guest. Thank you Tate.

I was in this lululemon yesterday and I could not have had a better experience. Julian was super accommodating, patient, and helpful with my returns and helping me order shorts online. All of the staff was so sweet and very friendly!

I was helped by Shift lead Brennan and miss Mckayla the other day when I needed to get a pair of the Commission pants for an upcoming event. Not only was I greeted promptly, approached with respect and attentive questions, but Brennan took the time to verify if any other stores had the sizes I needed when he saw that he was out of stock. At the changing room Mckayla created some needed levity (as I was doubting that I would find my pants in time for my event) and answered my questions with a smile. Ultimately I didn't make a purchase at this location but thanks to Brennan's (I hope I got that name right :) efforts, I went on to another Lulu location which was holding the pants I needed for me. Thank you Lulu crew! Ill be back
