Metro by T-Mobile

Tracfone got gobbled up by the V word.Their service was non existent and couldn't make the phone work.After a decade with Tracfone , I decided to go to Metro, our only local phone store. Ellen was there (thank God) and fixed me up quickly with a new phone and service. She is very knowledgeable and helpful fantastic person and service Im so glad I decided to go local.

Been a customer since moving back to TorC,NM I gotta say Metro is better than Verizon that's for sure..I always have the best time when Im upgrading phones with the employees.

Trenton was excellent perfect customer service super helpful and very friendly so appreciated this is one of the best T-Mobile stores I've been to and I've been to a lot thank you so much Trenton

Drove from El Paso to Truth or Consequences for two IPhone’s that were no where to be found in El Paso.

Great customer service from Sabina and Juan! Thank you so much! They stayed after hours to make sure our data transferred and our phones were working before we left back to El Paso!

Stay clear of this store! I went to add a line & get a new phone with a local number. Juan withheld pricing information, lied & told me incorrect requirements to drive up the activation fees & then refused to take the equipment back when I found out that the new # he gave me was a California #! When I protested, he called the police & lied saying that I was threatening him. He said that it was store policy to refuse refunds despite the fact that the receipt clearly states returns within 14 days in store only. The police said that they have had multiple problems with Juan C. I corrected the over-charges with Metro corporate who actually said "why did you let him do that?". Steer clear of this store & Metro. Just sayin'.

Always out of stock and the screen protector they sold me for 20 dollars didn't fit my phone and they wouldn't refund my money even though Juan could see it didn't fit my phone!!! I found a pack of 3 screen protectors plus camera protectors for 10 dollars on Amazon. Total waste of money at Metro pcs in TorC. I don't recommend.

Just went there a third time to switch over and again they didn't have the phone I was wanting. Everytime I call and ask if they have it in stock before I show up and they tell me they do then I get down there and they tell me they don't. They've also told me the first two times to show up on a certain day and that they'll have it in stock showed up and still no phone. Also the lady in the store seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. It gets really annoying when I go down there and I have to wait for almost an hour after being told on the phone that they have what I want then being told they don't after waiting. GET IT TOGETHER

Update: I emailed the manager like he asked me to and still no response I'm definetly taking my business elsewhere.

1 is even to high a score.
