They were great!! I went there because I heard a thumping in the front end of my car. Here I had 3 loose lug nuts that could be taken off by hand ants Walmart put my new tires on. And Franken Tire tightened then all up and no more thumping, the guy working there was awesome!! Thank you!

Picked up a screw in a tire on a trip to T or C, and didn’t notice until leaving town. Pulled in to Franken tire center and was back on the road in 15(!!!) minutes, patched up and ready for a safe drive home. Highly recommend!

Had an inside tire on the rear duals of my RV that wasn't holding air. They jumped on it and found a leaky valve core which they replaced. Refused to charge me for the work even though they spent 20 minutes to make the fix. Good people.

Very helpful, didn't have the tire size I needed, but did loan me the lug nut key to take the tire off!! I had gone to 2 different auto parts store and they didn't have it!! I truly appreciate all of your help to get me back home!!

They checked the alignment out on my car. When they couldn't find anything wrong, they didn't charge me a dime. That kind of service is very hard to find these days. Most people would have charged you regardless.
