The UPS Store

I had sensitive medical equipment that had to be packed urgently in time for donation to Israel on a chartered flight that the local community had arranged. I stopped at the UPS Store in Englewood first. Even though the store was busy, and he was the only person on duty, he managed to quickly and professionally pack some of the equipment, securely wrapping it for air travel. He did not have a box big enough in the store for other pieces, so he found another local UPS store - the one in Tenafly - and confirmed that they had the correct size available and directed me there. When I arrived at the Tenafly store, I initially asked if I could just buy the packing material and wrap it myself in the store, as I was in a bit of a rush by then. (There was a deadline to get the equipment onto the flight.) The salesman informed me that self in-store packing wasn't normally offered at that location. He then asked me what the equipment was for, and when I told him that it was needed to help EMS services in Israel, he answered "I'll pack it for you right now." And he did, carefully and efficiently. And then he helped me load everything into my car. All the while, his colleague in the store deftly managed the other costumers, ensuring that no one was inconvenienced. I am deeply grateful to your employees for going above and beyond to help me get critical life saving equipment to people who need it. Their caring and compassion is truly commendable.

It’s just a UPS store. But it means something that everyone here is always super cool and helpful. And they really do have a mind blowing assortment of services beyond just shipping. Business cards, business promos, packing supplies, paper, office supplies, banners, signs, and now they have a huge color printer so they can make you a fantastic poster of any good picture you have! And they have ups boxes too, if you need a business address! Highly recommended.

Wow this store is amazing! Peter’s management of the store and his staff is really remarkable. Everyone at the store has such a positive attitude and they all go above and beyond to put customer service as their top priority. Not only do they keep the lines moving but they are also very knowledgeable and thorough in their executions and follow throughs. I would highly recommend this UPS store to anyone in the area!

This place has great workers. They have packaged and sent hockey sticks, returned unpackaged online orders, and best of all, regularly enlarge and print files for me, and have them ready for pick up. Their prices are fair. The manager, Peter, is smart and has a great attitude. Sat is also very accommodating and helpful.

I’ve been coming to the Tenafly UPS Store for 4 years now and always had a 5-star experience, whether it be faxing, printing, shipping, notary service, and making Amazon Prine returns. The staff is friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. Lines move quickly. Can not say enough about Peter and his staff.

My favorite UPS location. I end up going here by default because it is the closest one to my house, but the customer service here is excellent. Everyone here is super nice, friendly, and attentive. I’ve never had any issues and my packages are always delivered to their destinations rather quickly.

On one occasion I was in the store and another customer had an issue. The manager handled the situation in such a professional and classy manner. I love coming here and I would recommend them for all your courier needs.

The UPS Store in Tenafly has the best service. Fast, and efficient, customers are out of there in no time. When crowds come in, they are taken care of and crowds leave quickly and efficiently. The kindest of men work there and they are ready to help, assist and do so with care and I cannot stress enough how fast they manage the flow of their store. .

I'm sure I probably messed up in processing my Amazon return properly but have no fear--Melissa solved all my problems and even advised me how to receive a refund from Amazon for the extra shipping bag I had to purchase to complete my return. I love this store! All the employees are most helpful but Melissa is the best!

Tenafly UPS Store manager Peter and his dedicated team of associates are the benchmark by which all UPS Stores should be judged, as, from my personal experience, this UPS Store is superlative in every respect.

A few days ago I needed a painted metal vintage hamper sent to me from this store to VA. My main concern was that it arrive without damage, mainly dents. It did just that. Yes, it was expensive to send. Just over $100.00, but it was packed perfectly and with much care. I knew what a new hamper, that I would almost like, would cost...and so I was fine with paying what they asked. The new one would have cost that much or more and I wouldn’t like it, much less love it, the way I do this one. I’m happy.
