AT&T Store

Ashley assisted my wife and I in purchasing 2 new phones and watches! She's incredibly professional and super helpful. She got us set up with our nursing discounts and was super efficient. Purchasing 2 cases, 2 screen protectors, 2 phones, 2 watches, and a pair of Samsung buds and we were out of there in an hour! Highly recommend going to her for all your needs :)

Excellent service. Came in to get an upgrade. Angela the manager was very explanatory and professional with a good attitude. Definitely coming back here.

I went into this store on my way to a skiing trip with my friends because my phone stopped working. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new phone and ended up saving 20$ a month on my bill! I cannot recommend this store enough!!!! I will take the extra drive to come back. Angie and Driee are literally amazing!!!!

I was staying out of town and having issues with my phone service, I was able to stop in and receive friendly, comprehensive, and all around top notch service. I appreciate the young man who helped me as I am not the greatest with technology! Would recommend this store to everyone! If I lived closer I would make this my go to store.

Angela was amazing and very helpful despite our late arrival and only 30 minutes till closing. My son and I both left very happy with our new phones. My son wanted to tip her for the awesome customer service.

I walked into the store and was greeted immediately ! Nicholas was a huge help giving me accurate information and answers to the questions I had regarding upgrading my iPhone from an 11Pro Max to a
14 Pro Max. He explained all of my options and the savings I would receive with “AutoPay”. I opted to go that route and ordered my new iPhone. He apologized for a delayed shipping being out until early to late December !
I was fine with that and today, 11/14/22 , I received a text from AT&T letting me know that my phone had shipped and that I would be arriving tomorrow (11/15/22) so everything was far better than expected!

Second time I've had to come here for something. Despite the wait, the team was super friendly, educated me on the new technologies (which is a plus for me, cause I'm a bit of a nerd), and got my phone back up and running within a half hour. A+ customer service! Highly recommend coming here, as it's much faster than dealing with chat or calling AT&T directly!

I recently switched from straight talk to AT&T. I bought a new phone and the people, especially Alex who works there at AT&T located at Hannaford Square in Bennington Vermont made my experience an easy transition. Alex got all my information stored in my old phone to my new phone effortlessly according to him. I have tried to do all that in the past anyone who has tried to achieve that task knows how difficult it can be. Everyone there was great and if anyone is thinking about a new phone or transferring to a better company that will be there for years to come, go to AT&T you won,t regret it! Everything is working great 👍.

I had to wonderful ladies help me with my phone troubles. They were both quick and efficient! I’ll be going there for help when I need them again!!

I had been having an issue with my account because when we had taken one of the people off of my account and put them on their own account there was a miscommunication and my account was split and the other person was still under my name but on her own account. Well, long story short, she had defaulted on paying her bill and it was screwing up my ability to upgrade my phone. So I went into the AT&T store in Bennington and talked to the manager Paul, who was absolutely amazing and did everything he could to help me out. He fixed the problem and I am eternally grateful for him because now I won't be getting emails and bills in the mail and other stuff in regards to the other person's defaulted account. So thank you Paul!!!!!! You rock!

The service and employees at this location are great. Hardly any wait time to see someone and had me in and out. I appreciated that the rep listened to what I was there for and informed me of the promotions but did not try to push any additional sales.

AT&T located in Hannaford Square is the best phone store I’ve ever been in. I was helped immediately.
As I explained what I needed, the clerk knew exactly what I needed and even suggested a product I was contemplating on getting, she was very pleasant, and extremely helpful.

Went in on 8/14/17 to upgrade a line after a phone died. Kaity went above and beyond to get me exactly what i wanted for my new phone and got me a great deal on accessories to go with it. Customer service like that and employees like her are why i've stayed with at&t for 5+ years. no matter what happens i know i can count on being well taken care of!

I1/2 always am greeted by the employees at the AT&T store. They know me by name and take care of my wireless phone as well as my Direct TV accounts. This is the second phone and upgrade I have had since I moved to VT 2& 1/2 years ago. I am pleased with the service and my plans. Deanna Aldrich

I just left the Bennington location, the girls were so pleasant ( Sue and Tanya)
I am hanging trouble with my wrist so I was unable to get my sims card out, Tanya without hesitation said with a smile, I can help you with that. Nice !! So while she was doing that we all chatted it was a great way to end the day !
