What a find! Shannon offered excellent coffee, unexpected NY Bagels with lovely pesto cream cheese. And the store! Unique & special, as a Mercantile ought to be!

The scones are perfectly done! We had a mocha and a sugar free latte and both were delicious! The staff is super friendly and I love the quaint atmosphere. I shopped and purchased a few unique items and specialty pickles! Yum!

Excellent service, very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating. This was my second visit to Newkirk, and I definitely recommend stopping by the Mercantile. Newly remodel has been completed and is even more inviting and comfortable than last time. Great place to have coffee, a bagel or snack and find antique treasures. Something for everyone...
