Steve had what I wanted (a Kenmore dryer) at a reasonable price, set it up and let me watch it work, and helped me load it in the truck. He was friendly and informative. I would refer anyone who wants a nearly new appliance and doesn’t want to break the bank to give him a call.

Super friendly and helpful! Supplied us with a part on a Saturday, and made sure we were getting the correct part, asked questions to make sure. Went above and beyond to help us. Now I can catch up on laundry :)

I bought a Washer / dryer set. I did not know to look under bottom my mistake. I paid 400 for set I get it home and find out the frame on washer was rusted out. But if it worked ok. Hooked washer up the very night I brought it home. Clothes did not spin out. Finally got ahold of them 2 days later. And had to carry it back. The guy said don't worry he will fix it. The clutch was bad and the pump was cracked. But I was going to have to pay for the pump it was my fault but it didn't work from beginning. Don't buy from them.

They told me they would be out today, July 22 at lunch. They never showed up at all. They never called or anything.
