AT&T Store

We went to get a new phone today and Justin was there to assist us and he went above and beyond to help us. Everyone in there was very friendly and very professional. This location is 10x better than the mall location. This is how customer service should be! Thank you Justin for your help!

The southside location is AMAZING! Justin was so dang helpful, and so was the rest of the staff was so nice! If you go in, please see Justin!

This is my favorite AT&T they are the nicest staff you could ever ask for everytime I need my phone checked or fixed they jump in and take care of me thank you !!!!

Justin helped me out a lot!! Got esims cards for the family and helped remove some stuff from my account that wasn't supposed to be there!!

I had been dealing with AT&T for about a week before coming to this location. A phone I had ordered came in the mail defective and every other location I visited before this one refused to help me. Frustrated and about ready to cancel my business with AT&T, I decided one last time to come to this location.

Upon arriving, I met Trevon (spelling?) who was working up front behind the counter helping a handful of customers BY HIMSELF. Apparently, his only help went home for the day and he was there by himself trying to do the best job he could. Did he let this setback affect his work performance? Absolutely not. After helping the other customers, he tackled the problem that I had. He was very kind and efficient at helping me with my broken phone! We came up with a solution quickly within 20 minutes of my arrival!

Even though I didn't get my phone fixed, he offered me a solution which was way more than what any other AT&T store had done at that point. I was 100% satisfied with what he told me, and felt at ease about my situation when I left.

I seriously reccomend him a raise or promotion or something because employees like that are hard to come by. Thank you Trevon and I next time I want to buy a device or make any changes.. I'm coming to see you man! :D

Devin was a pleasure to deal with. He made my visit that I had at the AT&T store the best experience that I have had with AT&T. AT&T should be proud to have an employee of this caliber. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. In today’s business world you run into very few customer service representatives with this much knowledge about their products and being so helpful to the customer. Twin Lakes Worship Center uses AT&T phone service for their mobile use. Yesterday we needed to add our new Associate Pastor. His previous phone company was not AT&T so it was going to take time and allot of patience. Devin Jeffries (DJ55OP) was very professional in assisting us on the best way to handle the move over. Devin showed allot of patience and understanding to us during this long process working with other customers as well. He answered all our questions and was able to give us the best direction to take. We can't say enough about Devin, he was GREAT!!!

I ordered the iPhone 14 online and my order was cancelled. I called customer service and was told it was cancelled from a “late payment” that didn’t allow me to use my next up ability. I knew this wasn’t true. So I got into the store on Hinkleville. These people ask me to remove my phone case and screen protector (which is now ruined and needs to be replaced) so that they can inspect my phone and make sure it’s damage free for when I return it once I get my new phone. Shouldn’t have asked that because it’s not their problem. I sit for 30 minutes going through this process and get told everything looks good. Just to be told I can’t next up my phone because I have to make “80%” of my “36” payments. I knew that was bs because the next up guidelines are 50% regardless. I get my home, and my phone has 15/30 payments made in my app. My daughters iPad however has the 36 payments. So again, all that for them to not do their job properly. So today I go to the store across town. I’m in and out in I’d say 20 minutes top. With the phone I wanted ordered. No issues at all, and the guy that helped me was new and still got it done.

On 6/29/22 my son and I went in because we couldn’t get switched over to ATT prepaid. We had already been lied to by corporate store on Hinkleville Rd. These gentlemen went out of their way to make us happy and make sure everything was properly fixed. We were there 4 hrs as the manager stayed on the phone with ATT prepaid to fix the problem ! The problem was ATT prepaid didn’t understand at first, then didn’t have knowledge to fix the problem. Mr. Kelley and Mr. Coleman have much more patients than I do and I can’t thank them enough for the great work they did we will buy all our accessories from them now.

The place was crowded when I went in
My sims card had failed several times. I figure it needed replacement
I saw the crowd think I will be here an hour or so
But about 15 or 20 mins later this real sweet young ( at 65 everybody looks young) man
Came over introduce himself and told me he would be glad to wait on me
I wish I remembered his name. Because he was so nice
I bought a new screen protector
He even volunteered to apply to my phone
So glad there are people out there who puts everything they have in their work
This young man was truly awesome
I went to the ATT on irvin Cobb drive Paducah ky
I DON't know who he is
I just wish we could bottle him and spread him out to other places of business

I would give this store a 100 stars if I could. Absolutely the best of the best customer service from this store. The man working that night is the only reason why I didn't switch back to Verizon after my bad experience at At&t store in Princeton Kentucky so that extra 45 minute drive paid off. Will definitely be worth driving to this store instead of princeton to do business.

I just went in for a upgrade on my phone and the lady was super nice and respectful. She took care of us in a timely manner and we even sat around and talked for a few minutes. Overall a 10/10 easy experience.

Seth and Austin at the AT&T store on the Southside in Paducah do a great job meeting the needs of customers.
They worked tirelessly for 2 hours to activate a new phone for me. It means a lot that they didn’t try to send me to the corporate store or refer me to the 800#. They stuck with it until the issue was resolved.
I sincerely appreciate their efforts and great customer service.
I would highly recommend either one of them. It is so refreshing to have people who still know what it means to provide customer service in a courteous manner! This is rare in today’s world. Thank you, guys!
These guys deserve a bonus!!

I was in desperate need of switching my phone service (Sprint is the absolute worst), and I went into this store looking for help. I ended up working with the manager, Austin, and I was so impressed! He, and everyone at this location are knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient. Austin answered every one of my questions (there were a ton, believe me) and never acted annoyed or bothered. If you are looking for any kind of service, either help with your AT&T account or if you're thinking of switching to AT&T, I would come here first!

The AT&T store on Irvin Cobb Drive, Paducah KY is superb!!! I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Kasey and Austin are very professional. I needed to add another line for my cellphone service and purchase a new phone. In the process they discovered a line that I was paying each month even though I no longer had that device. They assisted me in removing that from my account which saved me money!
I highly recommend this location!

I had dropped my other phone and walked in to AT&T got waited on the young man got me up and running with a new phone with in 30 minutes. He was really nice I will go back when I need another phone and I still have the same billing every month

Gentlemen by the name of Seth waited on me.super nice person very helpful and acomadating. The best experience I've had in a store in a long time. It's hard to find people that care about doing a good job anymore. You've got one for sure

The service was amazing, exemplary, exceptional, outstanding, professional, and awesome. Devin was a Superstar. The whole AT&T crew was super as well.

They are awesome at the South Side location. Kasey and Austin are so friendly and super helpful. They go out of their way to help. I’ve been there several times with new devices. The wait time is always minimal at this location.
